Hello, food enthusiast! Today, once again, I have brought for you a tasty and healthy snack that everyone enjoys eating.
Burgers are not originally a part of Indian cuisine, but since they were introduced, they have become quite popular. Over time, they have slowly incorporated local ingredients, adapting to the Indian taste. One such extremely popular urban snack is the Tawa Masala Aloo Burger recipe.
#🌼🌼Let's find out how to make it. To make this, you will need the following ingredients🌼🌼
🍀Bananas: 4
🍀 Boiled potatoes: 3
🍀Onions: 2
🍀 Tomatoes: 2
🍀Bell peppers: 1
🍀 4 Green chilies
🍀1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
☘️ 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
☘️Salt to taste
🌼🌼Method🌼🌼
- Cut all the vegetables finely.
Peel the potatoes and mash them, adding spices.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and saute until they splutter.
- Add onions and saute for about a minute, then add bell peppers and tomatoes.
- Roast them well but not too much. Add spices - red chili powder, turmeric, amchur (dry mango powder), and salt. Mix well.
- Add mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly.
- Let the mixture cool down a bit, then shape it into patties.
- In another pan, heat oil, add red chili powder and roasted coriander powder.
- Place the patties on the pan and cook on all sides until crispy.
