Barakallah - Colored Pencils

Hello, my hive art family glad to see you again, today I will share with you my latest new work of art, actually it's not very new because I posted it a few days ago on my YouTube channel and Instagram and what's impressive is, so far I have gotten 2.000 short video views, maybe low for others, but for me, this is an achievement of progress, because before that, on average, my YouTube short videos had hundreds of views, some even only dozens 😅

Alright, I'll tell you about my drawing, the object of my drawing is my boss but in a different department, he asked me to draw him at his wedding about 13 years ago maybe? I don't know. for some reason he was interested in the drawing I made, I also don't know where he knew I was an artist 😇, because, in my place, artists are not really paid attention to because they are not considered professionals, maybe he saw it from my Instagram or from my YouTube channel, (the power of social media), in the end after I finished his drawing he was satisfied.

So, I made this picture while studying and wanted to see firsthand how people respond to my work, it turns out that people are satisfied and I enjoy it.

Process

I made this drawing on an A3 size sheet, starting by making a grid to determine the proportions of the reference image with pencil graphite.

Final result

For the final results this time, I use my cellphone camera because there is no A3 sheet scanner at my workplace, the results are not very satisfactory due to the influence of light effects and camera position even though I use the built-in camera filter but it still doesn't look like the original drawing I made, but It's ok.
