Hey, everyone! With microblogging and now Shorts, we’ve introduced a form of engagement to Inleo and Hive that provides a true social media experience, making it easier for users to build relationships and enjoy their time on the platform.

In this clip:

• Shorts as a new communication and engagement tool
• Eliminating content standards; the community self-regulates what gets rewarded
• Lowering the barrier to entry

Short-form content is meant to provide an easy way for users to interact, fast and entertaining, without requiring much effort or adherence to complex rules. This approach lowers the entry level for new users while offering a refreshing experience for existing ones on Hive.

Instead of the platform creating rules for content creation, we empower the community to self-police by deciding what they like and dislike through upvoting, commenting, and even downvoting in some cases.
