Yeah, at least so far. The current way Keystore works makes it impossible to use old Owner/Active/Posting HIVE Keys along with it.

Yes, but I paid with Bitcoin there back in 2019! It was a pretty painless process a the time. Just had to go to a specific till, accept a digital agreement (in Japanese!), and then send the Bitcoin.

Sounds like the policy has changed since then though.

ya I know a few bars accepted bitcoin a while ago but they don’t anymore for legal reasons I guess? I think technically it’s legal but it opens people up to audits or inspection and all that so they do t want to do it

Same here. I miss using 3speak for my music performance on Hive. Posting my cover songs on YouTube is kind of scary, I get a copyright on them (even after giving credit to the song artists and instrumental producer and tagging them) of which YouTube claimed it doesn't affect my channel, but I don't trust them.

I pray 3speak gets fixed soon.

When I'm around, I usually write them myself, and tell them to keep it in a safe place. For my cousins' I even keep a copy (didn't happen with crypto yet, but I help them with other things,) because I don't trust them to keep the words safe by themselves!

For now: You have to create a new account using Keystore, and the HIVE and LEO you earn will be converted to DASH in that Keystore wallet, when it reaches $15.

You can also wait until a feature to link old accounts with keystore get implemented, and you'll be able to earn DASH that way too.
