Hive's Target Audience and the Value Proposition of VSC: Smart Contracts

Hey, everyone! We have an audience on Hive focused on SocialFi, but that is just a fraction of what people in crypto are looking for. So, we have to consider our target audience, what Hive has to offer, and leverage its technology to build tools that target the larger crypto space. This is what VSC is doing.

In this clip:

  • Making Hive accessible to the average crypto user
  • Providing tools that other blockchains have, along with Hive's fast and fee-less nature
  • VSC Smart Contracts will support any programming language
  • Meeting the needs of developers, traders, and investors

Hive is known for its SocialFi, making it easy for content creators to start earning while publishing and interacting. However, not everyone is a content creator, and users focused on crypto accustomed to other blockchains may find Hive challenging to access. That's why creating a way to allow people to connect their wallets from other blockchains to Hive, giving them access to tokens and other aspects, is crucial. It makes the transition seamless.

Moreover, we want developers to come and build on Hive. They won't care about the speed and absence of fees if they can't create what they want. That's why VSC is developing tools to meet them where they are, fulfilling their technical needs. This approach makes Hive's speed and fee-less nature more attractive.

An example of how VSC is addressing these issues is by allowing any programming language to write a smart contract, breaking down that initial barrier. These smart contracts are fully customizable, and additional tools will be developed around them as the technology is adopted and users express their needs.

This is off topic comment, and it's a outside perspective and suggestion which you can implement in Inleo Ecosystem to retain current and future user base more effectively.

You can monetise onboarding through something like Onboarding Payout, by that i mean, if A onboards B, and B is posting blogs or threads, 5% author rewards of B always credited to A as a Onboarding Payout when posted through Inleo interface.

In my opinion this Onboarding Payout System can exponentially boost the Inleo onboarding numbers and other metrics.
