From Crypto to AirBnB Rentals | How We're Considering Diversified Income-Based Investments
Crypto investing and the burgeoning industry of DeFi has radically reshaped the opportunities available to retail investors.

Diversified portfolio helps investor to be safe and allows to gain more profit. Looking at a different aspect is better than a single aspect.
Uhm, I'd say it's not entirely a bad idea going into rental businesses outside crypto space. Don't know shit about Airbnb tho, but being one seeking some more diversity in my investments, I mean, recently this was one of the reasons I hopped into taxi rentals. So basically you purchase one or two, or just whatever number you want, get a driver/s, do some paperworks and it hits the road. You get your daily/weekly pay while he/she rides the day out.
It's a pretty nice investment, but as usual, comes with a lot of aches like repairs of the casualties, tho this only applies to vehicles not on higher purchase...
It is really awesome and I appreciate every effort been put to it to progress and I believe there's more success yet to come.

Crypto investments is still one of the best investment one should get involved with. Blogged about it here on the platform. Yeah there's a high risk in it but it's certainly real. My hope and aim for Hive is to be among the best blockchain in the nearest future. Financial freedom is the major reason most investors ventures into cryptocurrency.

Diversification is key; it's always a good idea not to put all your eggs in the same basket. I'm a die hard crypto fan, but fiat income streams are nice and very useful.

It’s good to see that traditional investors are finding crypto and its innovation interesting. And for the fact that cubfinance has the Difi feature, it’d sure expose $hive to the investors who don’t know about it.
Diversifying is also a good thing to do. Don't know much about Airbnb rentals but it's about weigh different options and looking at the investment with minimal risks and good returns. For me, I think making smart investment in crypto could high a higher returns

Multiple streams of revenue is ideal! The majority of us/investors in the crypto space are fascinated and excited by the plethora of projects and new DAPPS we can invest in. The questions is how to balance our time and our resources into multiple ventures. As was stated in the interview, managing the AIR BNB might require additional education, significant time/cost to learn and then manage the property. If we can successfully manage our time and resources, this type-e of diversification will only added additional protection from a market crash or other unforeseen market occurrences. The upside is huge!
This would totally be one of my dreams if there would be a crypto big break for me. Getting some property and airbnbing that out for a steady income to diversify the assets.
They always say you need to divide it right. 1/4 Liquid, 1/4 stock, 1/4 housing 1/4 crypto..

Excellent advice on diversification. Going all-in on anything is risky and foolhardy. Spreading the risk is the best thing to do.
Diversification is the best business idea, I have been trying to do with the different cryptocurrencies in which I have invested, because if one of them grows, it generates profitability and covers the losses I may have.
Regarding Airbnb, I think the same as badbitch, I do not know anything about it but I do know that although the pandemic has greatly reduced that business, it has a high projection for this 2022.
