Beyond Our Borders: LEO is Getting Listed on the Maya Blockchain

Welcome to an exciting update from our ecosystem! We're thrilled to announce that Leo is getting listed on the Maya blockchain, a friendly and complementary fork of Thorchain.

In this clip:

  • Leo is getting listed on the Maya blockchain
  • Maya is a friendly and complementary fork of Thorchain
  • Maya is a more flexible and evolutionary blockchain, incorporating changes at a faster pace
  • Maya is about to launch streaming swaps
  • With the Leo listing, we'll provide a liquidity pool of $100,000.00
  • There are no rewards for providing liquidity, but there are earnings from swap fees

For those unfamiliar, Thorchain is akin to Bitcoin in its fundamental functionality, while Maya takes on the versatility and adaptability reminiscent of Ethereum. What sets Maya apart is its agility and ability to incorporate changes at a rapid pace, making it a more flexible and evolutionary blockchain.

One of the most anticipated features of Maya is its upcoming launch of streaming swaps. They are also launching on the Arbitrum blockchain, and in the same update, $LEO is getting listed.

To kick-start everything, we're establishing a substantial liquidity pool of $100,000.00, and then everyone will be able to add to it. While there won't be liquidity rewards, users can earn from swap fees, creating an attractive opportunity for DeFi enthusiasts looking to engage with Leo on the Maya blockchain.

This listing is as important to Leo as it is to Hive since it will allow transactions from Hive to, let’s say, Bitcoin, using Leo as a channel.

Today, we'll be on a Space with Maya_Protocol at 11:00 AM Eastern Time, sharing important info. Stay tuned for more updates!

I thought it got listed on a Philippine-based exchange with the same name as the blockchain mentioned. 😅

That would be even greater.

Having more than one popular exchange listing HIVE (and HBD) as one of its tokens available for trading would likely result in (some) competition between them which would generally lead to more liquidity and lower fees. 🤓

As I know the dbuzz team has been talking with PDAX for $HIVE to get listed.

Waiting for that.

When at least one of those exchanges lists HIVE (and HBD) as a token available for trading, then there would be competition between those exchanges and you would be able to buy HIVE (or sell if really needed) at even lower rates than what you already have now. 🤓

I wish your "prophecy" would come true sooner.

I just stated the fact that more merchants in a given place produces competition, which is not a "prophecy". 🤨

Looks like confusion made you say that! 😆😅
