Options to buy crypto anonymously:

1. P2P obviously - Just gotta find the freedom/crypto/BTC folks in your area
2. Non-KYC ATMS like CoinCloud ($1000 with a phone number, can be a burner), LibertyX ($500 at a time - no # needed), and others.
3. Buy with a tracked method (coinbase, cashapp, etc) and use simpleswap.io to jump chains to something else - if you move through Monero then it's untrackable.

As for the spending and getting a house, the options there are more direct, but limited:

1. Straight crypto deal with the owner of the land/house
2. My plan is just cashing out my crypto into gold (through various sites like veldt, jmbullion, etc) and buying land with Gold - direct from the owner
3. You can use purse.io to buy anything on Amazon, for less, with BTC.

There are also various p2p exchanges/sites that can be used to get in or out of crypto... but I know they often tend to shift as regulations change in different places. Paxful, localcrypto, and others come to mind.

Obviously every year there are more options, and it sure seems like 2021 is the first year of true mass adoption starting up, so there will be way more options in the near future.

Personally, after spending years telling people to only do P2P and anonymous, and then finding out that most of them never got in because it was too much, I shifted to the "Get crypto in the fastest, easiest, and cheapest way you can, and we can eliminate the trail later."
