Espero que se encuentren súper bien. Como saben, soy mamá de dos príncipes que demandan atención 24/7 y Social Media Manager apasionada por el marketing digital. Mi vida es un torbellino de pañales, teteros, escuela, comida, estrategias de contenido y campañas publicitarias. Y, ¿saben qué? ¡Me encanta! La maternidad me ha enseñado más sobre creatividad y estrategias de marketing de lo que jamás imaginé y quiero compartirles cómo ser mamá es la inspiración y motivación de mi trabajo, y se convierte en todo lo que hago.

I hope you are doing great. As you know, I'm a mom of two princes who demand 24/7 attention and a Social Media Manager passionate about digital marketing. My life is a whirlwind of diapers, boobies, school, food, content strategies and ad campaigns. And, you know what, I love it! Motherhood has taught me more about creativity and marketing strategies than I ever imagined and I want to share with you how being a mom is the inspiration and motivation for my work, and becomes everything I do.
La Creatividad Nace del Caos: Criar a dos niños pequeños es un ejercicio constante de resolución de problemas. ¿Cómo entretenerlos mientras respondo correos electrónicos? ¿Cómo crear contenido atractivo de diseños con un bebé en brazos por varias horas? Estas preguntas me han obligado a pensar fuera de la caja y a desarrollar soluciones creativas que aplico tanto en mi vida personal como profesional. Ser mamá dejó de ser un problema para mi trabajo y ahora es un impulso de creatividad y productividad, aunque suene loco, jajajaja.
Creativity is Born from Chaos: Raising two young children is a constant exercise in problem solving: How do I entertain them while answering emails? How do I create engaging design content with a baby in my arms for hours at a time? These questions have forced me to think outside the box and develop creative solutions that I apply in both my personal and professional life. Being a mom stopped being a problem for my work and is now a boost of creativity and productivity, even if it sounds crazy, hahahaha.
La Empatía como Super poder: La maternidad me ha hecho más empática y comprensiva. Entiendo las necesidades y deseos de mi audiencia a un nivel más profundo. Esta empatía se traduce en estrategias de marketing más efectivas, ya que puedo crear contenido que resuene con las emociones y experiencias de las personas. Comprendo totalmente lo que es ser mamá y trabajar al mismo tiempo, y querer que todo salga perfecto. Cuando eres mamá, tienes esa necesidad de trabajar el doble o aún más que el resto del equipo para que no noten que eres mamá y así no vean eso como una desventaja. Así que sé cómo se siente querer ser la mejor mamá del mundo y también ser la mejor en lo que haces para tu trabajo.
Empathy as a Super Power: Motherhood has made me more empathetic and understanding. I understand my audience's needs and wants on a deeper level. This empathy translates into more effective marketing strategies, as I can create content that resonates with people's emotions and experiences. I totally understand what it's like to be a mom and work at the same time, and want everything to be perfect. When you're a mom, you have that need to work twice as hard or even harder than the rest of the team so they don't notice that you're a mom and so they don't see that as a disadvantage. So I know how it feels to want to be the best mom in the world and also be the best at what you do for your job.

La Organización como Clave del Éxito: Equilibrar la maternidad y el trabajo desde casa requiere una organización impecable. He desarrollado sistemas y rutinas que me permiten aprovechar al máximo mi tiempo y ser productiva en ambas áreas. Aunque a veces es una total locura y no siempre funciona, quiero aclarar que cada día es diferente y pasan cosas diferentes, pero una organización siempre será un salvavidas cuando quieres hacer varias cosas en un día. Yo, por ejemplo, uso algunas herramientas que me ayudan mucho, como Notion y Google Calendar, ya que me permiten tener un orden de todas las tareas del día y también tener prioridades, y así no volverme loca, aunque a veces eso es parte de todo, jajaja, no podemos evitarlo.
Organization as the Key to Success: Balancing motherhood and working from home requires impeccable organization. I have developed systems and routines that allow me to make the most of my time and be productive in both areas. Although sometimes it's totally crazy and doesn't always work, I want to clarify that every day is different and different things happen, but an organization will always be a lifesaver when you want to get several things done in one day. I, for example, use some tools that help me a lot, like Notion and Google Calendar, as they allow me to have an order of all the tasks of the day and also have priorities, and so I don't go crazy, although sometimes that's part of everything, hahaha, we can't help it.
La maternidad me ha enseñado el valor de la autenticidad. Mi audiencia aprecia la honestidad y la transparencia, tanto en mi vida personal como en mi trabajo, y a partir de hoy he decidido que mi vida de mamá es mi motor, mi aprendizaje, mi herramienta y la clave de mi creatividad a la hora de trabajar. Amo a mis hijos, amo ser mamá y amo poder sentir que estoy haciendo lo que me gusta, superándome así sea en pasos cortos para ayudar a mi familia, pero también teniendo cada minuto con ellos siendo feliz. Bueno, mis queridos amigos, quiero darles las gracias por quedarse a leer este post de una mamá emprendedora que ama formar parte de esta familia de Hive, que está llena de esas mamis fuertes y trabajadoras que son inspiración y alegría. Motherhood has taught me the value of authenticity. My audience appreciates honesty and transparency, both in my personal life and in my work, and as of today I have decided that my life as a mom is my engine, my learning, my tool and the key to my creativity when it comes to work. I love my children, I love being a mom and I love being able to feel that I am doing what I love, improving myself even in small steps to help my family, but also having every minute with them being happy. Muchos éxitos, debe ser difícil tener dos hijos pequeños y también trabajar desde casa. La organización lo es todo y cuando eres mamá lo quieres hacer todo bien para que se vea que eres competente y que ser mamá no te resta. Tienes razón.
