Espero que se encuentren súper bien esta noche. Como les mencioné hace tiempo, estoy en un nuevo proyecto aparte de mi Hive, creando contenido con amor y aprendiendo mucho. También estoy creciendo en mi camino como asistente virtual. He dedicado meses a orientarme en el tema, tomando cursos, ya que trabajar desde casa mientras cuido a mis bebés es lo máximo para mí.
Por eso he investigado y puesto a prueba diferentes páginas donde solicitar trabajos remotos y ofertas por las diversas vacantes que ofrecen, no solo como asistente virtual, sino también en otras áreas como diseño, edición, gestión de redes sociales, escritura, marketing y mucho más.

I hope you are doing great tonight. As I mentioned to you a while back, I'm on a new project apart from my Hive, creating content with love and learning a lot. I'm also growing on my path as a virtual assistant. I've spent months getting my bearings on the subject, taking courses, since working from home while taking care of my babies is the ultimate for me.
That's why I have researched and tested different pages where to apply for remote jobs and offers for the various vacancies they offer, not only as a virtual assistant, but also in other areas such as design, editing, social media management, writing, marketing and much more.
Existen muchísimas páginas para buscar trabajo remoto, pero quiero mostrarles las que he conocido durante esta exhaustiva búsqueda y que, sobre todo, he usado para conseguir mis primeros trabajos. Espero que les gusten y les sean muy útiles:
1. Freelance.es:
• Es una de las primeras páginas que utilicé y donde conseguí mi primer trabajo para editar videos en un spa de España.
• Esta plataforma tiene un formato muy bonito y atractivo con una gran variedad de categorías de empleos.
• Aquí también puedes hacer cursos, formalizar tu currículum y participar en concursos para obtener una vacante en una buena empresa.
There are many, many sites to look for remote jobs, but I want to show you the ones I have met during this exhaustive search and that, above all, I have used to get my first jobs. I hope you like them and find them very useful:
1. Freelance.es:
- This is one of the first sites I used and where I got my first job editing videos in a spa in Spain.
- This platform has a very nice and attractive format with a wide variety of job categories.
- Here you can also take courses, formalize your resume and participate in contests to get a vacancy in a good company.
2. Upwork:
- This is one of the most popular sites for remote job search.
- In my search I found many profiles that have evolved and grown with this platform in a positive way, and that is what inspired me to start here.
- The amount of vacancies found here is impressive, the hard part is to find them in Spanish. However, there are many attractive offers for all subjects.
3. Workana:
- If we are talking about job offers in Spanish, this is the one.
- From writers, translators, design, YouTube scriptwriters, virtual assistance and many more are the niches we can find here.
- The great thing is that it is in Spanish.
4. Fiverr:
- It is very cool and unique. Here, instead of offers, it is the clients who look for you and hire you depending on your portfolio and the services you offer.
- You post creative and informative covers about your work, experiences and services, and clients will identify with that and will be the ones who write to you to give you an offer.
What did you think of this information? The digital world is vast and the opportunities that can be found are countless and incredible. It is to be able to be in this, to investigate, to know, to learn and to investigate. I'm still in it, but above all I'm enjoying the whole process.

Justo me encuentro buscando trabajo como freelancer así que este post resulta muy útil, se agradece mucho, eso sí, una advertencia para quien pueda estar en mi misma situación.
Hace no mucho, un par de meses, Upwork actualizó sus políticas y no puedes aplicar a trabajos de manera gratuita, en esta página siempre se han usado "connects" para aplicar a trabajos e inicialmente te asignaban una cantidad gratuita apenas iniciar, ahora si abres una cuenta nueva debes o bien suscribirte a su servicio para Freelancers por 20$ al mes, o comprar un lote de connects por 15$, por lo que si no quieres/puedes gastar dinero Upwork actualmente no es una opción.
