Kitchen is Closed - The Flu - Freezer Challenge Day 4
Yes, my kitchen remains closed on fridays and saturdays. It is my day to go out and enjoy my lunches and dinners outside of the house. But breakfast is at home.
This friday was no different. And all I had from the freezer was this amazing ice cream.
And then for the rest of the weekend, I barely got out of bed because of the flu. But still, I made a huge batch of rice porridge and I added some defrosted green gram dal from the freezer.
So the remaining of the big bag of green gram dal awaits me in the fridge. I must cook something tomorrow with that. I still have no plans of cooking for tonight.
I hope this counts as my freezer challenge.
