Complicated day 😔

Hello, loves! 🌸

I'm feeling terrible today because of my cramps, can you tell? 😢 We don't always have perfect days and it's okay to take a moment to rest and take care of ourselves. I'm trying to stay positive and remember that this too shall pass.

If any of you are having a rough day too, remember you are not alone. 💕 Sometimes the best thing we can do is relax, have some warm tea and give each other lots of love.
