廣東人喜歡煲湯,我從前一個星期也會煲一至兩次,但現在覺得營養非常重要,湯水天天不能少。
阿姨今天放假,那我就親自出手來一個快煮吧。我今天弄個非常普通的紅蘿蔔、蕃茄、薯仔、栗子瘦肉湯。雖然材料非常普通、便宜,但營養價值一樣豐富,是個快靚正的選擇…………
真的是非常容易處理,跟大家分享一下食譜吧
紅蘿蔔 兩條
蕃茄 八個
薯仔 兩個
栗子 半磅
瘦肉 一斤
生薑 一片
先把所有材料洗淨切好,準備四升水,先將生薑放在未煮過的水入邊,水滾後,將所有材料下煲,先用大火煲15分鐘,之後轉中火再煲30分鐘,最後加些少鹽即成🏻🏻
