Aquí les dejo la prueba del cambio físico que he tenido en los últimos años. De joven siempre me gustó el deporte. Pero con las escusas del trabajo y los estudios dejé los buenos hábitos y subí muchísimo de peso. Cambiando así mi imagen. Pero por problemas de salud tuve que regresar a mis actividades deportivas y el cambio es visible..por eso quise compartir con ustedes esta pequeña seson de fotos.
