How did Jesus cure the blind man at Bethsaida?

According to Mark's account, when Jesus came to Bethsaida, a town in Galilee, he was asked to heal a blind man's. Jesus took the man by the hand and led him out of the town, put some spittle on his eyes, and laid hands on him.

Let's read the book of Mark 8:22-"And they cometh to Bethsaida and they bring a blind man uto him and besought him to touch him" .

Mark 8:23-24
And he took the blind Man by the hand and led him out of the town and when he had spit on his eyes and put his hand upon him he asked him if he saw ought and he looked up and said I see men as trees walking.

Mark 8:25-26
After that he put his hand again upon his eyes and made him look up and he was restored and saw every man clearly ,and sayings neither go into the town nor tell it to any in the town.

When we look at the above passage, after Jesus touched the blind man for the first time, he touched him again before he can see properly.

At the first stage the man can see but his vision is blurry. It is at the second stage; when Jesus touched him, that he was able to see clearly.

The two step healing doesn't imply that Jesus failed at his first attempt, for everything that happened is for a reason.
