Blogging challenge // Part # 4/ Most epic way you've ever seen someone quit or get fired// (Esp/Eng)

En este desafío de blog en la parte # 4, hoy me corresponde el día # 24 donde nos pide que digamos la forma más épica que has visto a alguien renunciar o ser despedido. Hay muchas renuncias de manera épica que he visto por internet unas de ella es la mujer que renunció a su trabajo de una forma extraña, según los medios de comunicación estadounidenses, estaba descontenta con el ambiente laboral de la empresa en la que trabajaba y expresó su descontento tomando un megáfono de la tienda, esta forma de renuncio se hizo viral inmediatamente.

In this blog challenge in part # 4, today is day # 25 where it asks us to tell the most epic way you have seen someone quit or get fired. There are many resignations in epic ways that I have seen online some of it is the woman who resigned from her job in a strange way, according to the American media, she was unhappy with the work environment of the company where she worked and expressed her discontent by taking a megaphone from the store, this way of resignation went viral immediately.

El acto de dejar un trabajo crea una sensación de pérdida. Nos irrita considerar la posibilidad de la ambigüedad, porque parece que estamos actuando en contra de nosotros mismos. La presentación formal de su renuncia es una notificación oficial que debe ser entregada previamente a la autoridad competente para que ésta conozca la decisión tomada.

The act of leaving a job creates a sense of loss. It irritates us to consider the possibility of ambiguity, because it seems that we are acting against ourselves. The formal presentation of your resignation is an official notification that must be delivered beforehand to the competent authority so that they are aware of the decision taken.

Pensamos que cuando dejamos un trabajo vamos a sufrir una depresión y esto dos deja una experiencia traumática y deprimente. Renunciar un trabajo en el que se es infeliz es una experiencia liberadora. Por ello, no es de extrañar que el ser humano haya perdido el ingenio a la hora de renunciar a los trabajos que desprecia. Las renuncias se han comunicado con frecuencia a través de una carta dirigida al superior de turno.

We think that when we leave a job we are going to suffer depression and this leaves us with a traumatic and depressing experience. Quitting a job where you are unhappy is a liberating experience. Therefore, it is not surprising that human beings have lost their wits when it comes to quitting jobs they despise. Resignations have often been communicated through a letter addressed to the superior on duty.

Hay miles maneras de decirle a tu jefe que renuncia su trabajo puede ser con mucho respeto dejo mi trabajo porque no me gusta trabajar en este lugar, también muchas personas lo han hecho por medio de un mensaje dejado en la puerta de la oficina. Hay escenarios muy concretos en las que estas reglas no se cumplen, y estas varían las convenciones de poner fin a una relación laboral.

There are thousands of ways to tell your boss that you are quitting your job, it can be respectfully I quit my job because I don't like working in this place, also many people have done it through a message left at the office door. There are very specific scenarios in which these rules are not followed, and these vary the conventions of ending an employment relationship.

Existen numerosas formas de renunciar a un trabajo que nos disgusta. Sin embargo, hay algunas formas efímeras que han dejado huella en Internet. Para bien o para mal, una de ellas se hizo viral en las redes sociales, pues el mensaje que dejó una mujer indicando que ya no trabajaría ha provocado que más de uno se sienta identificado.

There are numerous ways to quit a job we dislike. However, there are some ephemeral ways that have left their mark on the Internet. For better or for worse, one of them went viral on social networks, as the message left by a woman indicating that she would no longer work has caused more than one to feel identified.
