The main thing with Minecraft is you really need to give a goal to yourself! Otherwise you just end up plodding around not really knowing what to do.

So when I play I have a main goal in mind and a bunch of little goals to reach - need a base, need iron, okay now need diamonds, I need this particular material for this house I'm building, I need to do this next, then that, etc.

They've recently introduced some new things like archaeology and stuff, so I'm hoping to dive into that before my inevitable death. 😅
