*I woke up yesterday Saturday and...*
*I went straight to lunch, yes I know, I sound a bit shameless, the day before I had gone to bed at 5am since my current job is through the internet and the signal where I live works better in the early morning. I woke up at 1pm and after lunch I took care of some chores I had pending, after that I went with my boyfriend
@fonestreet to take a skateboard ride to exercise a little and clear our minds of stress and home confinement.
While we were on the street I managed to take some pictures of my little city wet from the rain.*
*I was practicing a trick that assures me to have more balance and confidence when skating; I guess many of you already know how beneficial this sport is for the human organism since it gives you coordination, self-confidence, security, resistance, you learn to be resilient, constant and patient in addition to the 640 muscles that you exercise when skating.*

*On our way back home we stopped at a public water faucet where we cooled off a bit and I managed to take these beautiful images of the afternoon sky.*
*When we got home I got ready to prepare dinner and we received a visit from
@FiveAt, who is my boyfriend's cousin, musician and aspiring producer; He helped me create an original track for one of my songs that I had written a long time ago but haven't uploaded since I didn't want to use someone else's track to make it public (Like most of my saved songs).*
*Finally we laid down in the hammock on the patio of the house to talk for a few hours until we got sleepy and went to sleep.
It was a bit of a short day but no less productive for that, it was a really good day:)*

I don't think there is any other legally commercial product that is more harmful than cigarettes, personally I have consumed it since I came of age more than 5 years ago. I am a singer and as you can imagine the negative impact it has caused in me has been quite large without counting the health problems I could be facing.

*For as long as I can remember I have been surrounded by people who have consumed it for most of their lives, many members of my family smoke cigarettes including my mom, uncles and grandparents, even my partner also has a severe addiction to it, being 29 years old and almost 15 years smoking it.
It is a little difficult to explain the reasons why I smoke but suffice it to say that I started once and now it has become very difficult for me to quit, not for nothing considering that it is a highly addictive drug.
However I have had a couple of occasions where I have proposed to stop smoking it for a week and I have fulfilled this promise, only to meet the day 7 of not consuming it fills me with a sense of satisfaction at having managed not to smoke that I seek to reward myself, needless to say that I reward myself ....
There are so many reasons to quit smoking that it would be disrespectful to myself to let myself sink more and more by this addiction, that is why for some time now I have been reducing my consumption and I have gone from smoking 5 cigarettes a day to 2 and going down more and more.*
*There is no doubt that cigarette smoking is bad and unnecessary, it is a bad habit very difficult to overcome but never impossible.
