Mi mamá tenia días queriendo hacer una torta quesillo para comer en casa (la que mostré anteriormente era para un encargo, y no habiamos probado como quedó), los materiales se fueron juntando hasta tener todo y una vez listo, ya era hora de preparar esa delicia.

My mom had been wanting to make a quesillo cake for days to eat at home (the one I showed earlier was for an order, and we hadn't tried how it turned out), the materials were put together until everything was ready and once it was ready, it was time to prepare that delight.

Utilizamos un molde más pequeño y cada una iba haciendo tareas determinadas para lograr tener exito en está super labor jajaja

We used a smaller mold and each one was doing certain tasks to succeed in this super job hahaha

Luego de toda la preparación, del tiempo de espera por el horno y del tiempo de espera por reposo, ya era momento de desmoldar.

Redoble de tambores Damas y Caballeros... Wow, que belleza, que cosa tan linda, la forma de la torta quesillo quedó super linda, y las proporciones torta/quesillo estuvieron de la misma medida.

Drumroll Ladies and Gentlemen... Wow, what a beauty, what a pretty thing, the shape of the cheesecake was super cute, and the cake/cheesecake proportions were the same size.

Ya a la hora de probar, cruzamos los dedos, el quesillo de mi mamá es el mejor del mundo y la torta que hace mi hermana es un 10/10, juntos como quedarian?

When it's time to try it, we cross our fingers, my mom's cheese is the best in the world and the cake my sister makes is 10/10, how would they look together?

La respuesta es sencilla: es lo más rico que hemos probado en estos días, que gran combinancion de sabores y texturas, que rico todo.

The answer is simple: it's the tastiest thing we've tasted these days, what a great combination of flavors and textures, how delicious everything is.

Pensamos que duraría varios días pero notamos que a mi papá le gustó mucho, por lo que el suele sentarse a ver televisión con un gran pedazo de postre por las noches jajajaja así que seguramente se acabará pronto.

We thought it would last several days but we noticed that my dad really liked it, so he usually sits watching TV with a big piece of dessert at night hahahaha so it will probably be over soon.

Ahora sabemos que realmente es una gran opción para mantener en el menú de postres del emprendimiento, una verdadera maravilla.

Now we know that it really is a great option to keep on the dessert menu of the venture, a true wonder.
