FOMC: Interest Rates Increased By 0.75%

The Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) is one of the most important meetings in USA it determines the monetary policy for the United States of America. It has a very high impact to the Forex market and every trader is advised to watch it out close all open positions especially for day traders who always place their stop loss close.

Fomc Impact On Dollar Index (DXY)

Dollar index shows the strength or weakness of dollar you can also use it to monitor other pairs movement. for example EURUSD whenever EURUSD is down we expect dxy to go up.

Here is the dxy chart on trading view today FOMC news was negative meaning weakness for dollar base on the 0.70 increase in inflation. Is expected the dollar index should drop which is what we are seeing on the chart. Some forex traders makes alot of money just by interpreting and analysing the market with this outcome of the news.

FOMC IMPACT ON EURUSD

When dxy is selling EURUSD is expected to buy up that's the logic of the market since USD is the quote is going to buy up because EUR is the base currency that's how it works.

Inflation keeps going up worldwide not only USA everyone is affected we are facing hard times currently hopefully things get better soon. But what are the steps to follow to balance the current situation that's what the government need to plan and start taking actions before is too late. I strongly believe time for crypto is coming to balance the equation like what we are seeing this recent years we have seen people live change because of cryptocurrency. I believe is the future and solution to our economic issues.
I'm also glad some countries are adopting the blockchain which will help us get to our goal faster.
