RE: Dishes On A Quiet Holiday Night

Whether you celebrate Christmas is a personal choice. It doesn't take away from the tranquility, togetherness, peace, and love that the holiday season should bring to everyone. Having a large gathering takes a lot of work, especially if you are hosting. I prefer small gathering. It's less work. I was invited to my daughter's home this year, so I didn't have a lot of work to do. We had a wonderful time. There was even a sports games airing that we enjoyed.

Families I know some of them go out to celebrate the holidays at various events. That's fine too. It's whatever pleases you and how you choose to celebrate that counts. The noodle dish looked delicious and filling because of the thick sauce.
