NeedleWorkMonday: Monday Memories/Psychedelic Granny Squares Top

Hello everybody,

Busy much lately with me and hubby always travelling because of site visits to the clients property for Engineering Geological and Geohazard Assessment Report needed for their business like subdivisions, I hav'nt touch any of my work-in-progress crochet projects.

Then, yesterday we were just relaxing at home, house chores kept me busy like washing the clothes and some gardening, transferring the plants to a bigger pots, really Tired after. During my siesta time I viewed my phones gallery, I saw my projects before and I think I hav'nt share this here in the community. The psychedlic granny square top I made 6 years ago.

Constructed using monaco cotton balls with my favorite silver steel hook 2.00mm. At the back, I made one big granny square with purple color way.

In front I made 25 small granny squares join as I go. Using 11 colors.

Then, the v shape neck line I crocheted a triangle of each left and right sides.

Then, attached the back and front sides with single crochet and chain one, leaving space for the sleeves.

Recommended as beginners project, you can practice your granny squares especially the joining as you go.

This is what I can share today, I was sad, I so missed this top, I did'nt bring it here in Cebu, I left it in Olongapo City. Hope, it is still intact.
