Spring Water and Mountains

As a continuation of my previous update, I am sharing tonight a series of photos I took during our Prayer Retreat at Landthai Hills in Lombog, Guindulman, Bohol, Philippines.
By the grace of God, the said retreat had been realized, it took two months of preparation, and on my announcement, only three people confirmed they were joining the said event. I was a little discouraged thinking only three were interested to join but came June, just a few days before the said event, more and more young people showed their interest and signed up for the form online.
Now came the day of the event, there were a few more others who surprised me with their attendance, it was a surprise because of course, we have to consider the transportation, the food, the tents needed, etc. A day before the retreat, I was still looking for tents but thank God He provided everything although there was some excess on the budget and even a challenge in getting back as we only had two vehicles which can't accommodate all 24 young people in one go, so there were a few who had to wait for the second trip.
But, what was really important was how this retreat had helped them with their prayer life, and their relationship with their co-young people. My favorite part really was the campfire as it opened up our hearts to learning about their struggles on different things and how we celebrated God's faithfulness in their lives.
The retreat was an overnight stay and we were really happy being able to see the smiles on the faces of our young people as they went swimming in the pool and enjoyed the scenery. It was an answered prayer as well that it didn't rain during our entire stay!
That's all for tonight!
