[ENG-ESP]FABLE TO REFLECT, The Rabbit and the Farmer.🐇👨🏼‍🌾[ENG-ESP]FÁBULA PARA REFLEXIONAR, El Conejo y el Campesino.🐇👨🏼‍🌾

A rabbit🐇 was chased by hunters. He saw a peasant👨🏼‍🌾 and begged him to find a hiding place for him. The peasant told him to go into his house and hide there. Soon they arrived the hunters and asked the farmer if he had seen a rabbit.

The peasant answered no; but he indicated with his hand where the rabbit had hidden. The hunters did not understand the signs that the man made and left.

Then the rabbit left without saying a word. The peasant told him that he was a wretch. To which the rabbit replied:

• I would have thanked you if your gestures had corresponded to your words.

MORAL 🤔
SO ARE MANY PEOPLE; THEY DO THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT THEY SAY.

Un conejo🐇 era perseguido por unos cazadores. Vio a un campesino👨🏼‍🌾 y le suplicó que le buscará escondite. El campesino le dijo que entrara a su casa y que allí se escondiera. Al rato llegaron los cazadores y preguntaron al campesino si había visto un conejo.

El campesino contestó que no; pero con la mano señaló dónde se había escondido el conejo. Los cazadores no comprendieron las señales que el hombre hizo y se fueron.

Entonces el conejo salió sin decir ni una palabra. El campesino le dijo que era un desgraciado. A lo que el conejo respondió:
-Te hubiera dado las gracias si tus gestos hubieran correspondido a tus palabras.

MORALEJA 🤔
ASÍ SON MUCHAS PERSONAS; HACEN LO CONTRARIO DE LO QUE DICEN.
