Splinterlands Art Contest Week 295! | NOMOS Fanart

Splinterlands! happy 6th year and hi there aliens of hive! Today I present to you my fanart of Nomos,and this would be my entry for the 295th week of Splinterlands Art Contest. Nomos reminded me a lot of super villains in a lot of fantasy anime series because of his vibe and aura. He looks very powerful too just from a glance, I also like the character design of Nomos specifically how unique the clothes he is wearing.

Okay! Enough of that intro let's head into the art process...

ART PROCESS...

Materials Used: clip studio paint software and drawing tablet which is XP PEN artist 12

Reference - Nomos

• I always use blue brush strokes of messy lines to start the rough sketch this time of Nomos then just right after that I lower the opacity of that blue brush draft so for me to create a clean lineart on top of that and also it is easier to distinguish which is which. Then I increase the stabilization of the brush for about 50 to 60 % so that my lines are smoother with less effort.

• Then from here on out I started coloring the base colors of Nomos.I tried to pick vibrant colors as much as possible specially for the hair and the eyes.
