New guitar just arrived in the mail !
I decided to order a guitar last week, I like to noodle around with @vachemorte's (he has a few) but they are so huge and feel really cumbersome for me. This one is a 3/4 so it feels much more proportional to my size and is a bit easier on my fingers too!
I chose the black one with the slightly worn finish, I think it's really pretty :)
It's a Jay Turser which is a very inexpensive guitar (was around 145$ before tax and shipping) but IMO it sounds pretty decent. I have been learning some really simple blues riffs and what I really want to get better at is fingerpicking style as I think it sounds the most beautiful. Luckily there are tons of tutorials on youtube for basically everything so I have already found a bunch of great ones.

beautiful guitar. Good luck with it. I love the blues and fingerstyle as well. So much great stuff online and on YouTube. I've been picking up a few book on Amazon too.

Nice, I have a whole YouTube playlist bookmarked, mostly basic technique style stuff but a few songs I would like to learn as well. My biggest issue is I need to toughen up my fingertips because after less than an hour of playing the left fret hand gets really sore lol. Best of luck with your blues ✌️
It takes time to toughen up your fingertips. I just started playing again last year, after a 20 year break. For me it was my fingertips and also my arm strength or hand strength when making chord shapes. That's really taking a long time to come back.

Well I am a huge fan of Music and I love an instrument which is like very underrated but a beautiful instrument name robab I hate that when I was in my country and I am thinking about to order it again but instrument which I am talking about is very unique I mean you cannot find it everywhere it's very famous in my hometown
felt really good that you have got a new guitar and I can feel the happiness because when once I received my instrument that was the happiest day of my life because I was just taking it again and again cleaning it and just looking get that instrument because only music lovers can feel the happiness of how much it means to us the instrument which we use
