DESARROLLO DE MI BEBÉ A LAS 6 SEMANAS (ESP/ENG)

Mi segundo bebé, Mael, nació más grande que mi primer niño, Adam pesó 3,350kg y midió 50cm, ahora Mael pesó 3,600 y midió 53cm, aún le quedó ropita que heredó de su hermano mayor, pero la dejó muy pronto. Al día de hoy está usando ropa que Adam usaba a los 3 meses.

My second baby, Mael, was born bigger than my first child, Adam weighed 3,350kg and was 50cm tall, now Mael weighed 3,600 and was 53cm tall, he still had clothes that he inherited from his older brother, but he left them very soon. To this day he is wearing clothes that Adam wore at 3 months.

En cuanto a su tono muscular se va desarrollando muy rápido, ya sostiene su cabecita bastante bien (aunque no totalmente), tiene mucha fuerza en sus brazos y piernas. Por ejemplo cuando lo bañamos, empieza a empujarse con sus piecitos; también cuando está acostado y lo tomamos de las manos hace fuerza para jalarse y levantarse.

As for his muscle tone, he is developing very quickly, he already holds his little head quite well (although not completely), he has a lot of strength in his arms and legs. For example, when we bathe him, he begins to push himself with his little feet; also when he is lying down and we take him by the hands he makes force to pull himself up.

Hemos estado haciendole ejercicios poniéndolo boca abajo para fortalecer su cuello y brazos, lo hace excelente, apoya sus codos y levanta su cabecita, o la gira para los lados. También empieza a agarrar cosas con sus manitas o a llevarse las manos a la boca.

We have been doing exercises by putting him on his stomach to strengthen his neck and arms, he does excellent, supports his elbows and raises his head, or turns it to the sides. He also begins to grab things with his little hands or put his hands in his mouth.

Ya se está acostumbrado a la noche, sabe cuándo es hora de que todos dormimos, le hicimos una rutina y eso ayuda bastante, lo bañamos, le doy de comer y luego a dormir, apagamos las luces y lo acuesto en su cuna-colecho. Él ya sabe que es de noche y despierta cada 3-4 horas o a veces a las 2 horas a comer y se vuelve a dormir, solamente hemos batallado ya para las 6am porque ya no quiere dormir, o intenta dormir y no puede, no llora pero se mueve mucho y hace ruiditos, ya para las 7am se vuelve a dormir o incluso a veces ya no duerme.

He is already used to the night, he knows when it is time for everyone to sleep, we made him a routine and that helps a lot, we bathe him, I feed him and then go to sleep, we turn off the lights and I put him to bed in his co-sleeping crib. He already knows that it is night and wakes up every 3-4 hours or sometimes at 2 hours to eat and goes back to sleep, we have only struggled by 6am because he no longer wants to sleep, or tries to sleep and cannot, does not cry but he moves a lot and makes little noises, by 7am he goes back to sleep or even sometimes he doesn't sleep anymore.

Respecto a su peso ya superó los 5 kilos 🤯 está creciendo demasiado rápido, es un bebé grande, pesado y gordito que come todo el tiempo. Ya establecimos la lactancia y ya no tengo dolor, así que esto le da muchos más nutrientes para que sea un bebé cachetoncito 😍

Regarding his weight, he has already exceeded 5 kilos 🤯 he is growing too fast, he is a big, heavy and chubby baby who eats all the time. We have already established breastfeeding and I no longer have pain, so this gives him many more nutrients to make him a cheeky baby 😍

Es increíble lo rápido que crecen y más aún cuando tienes más hijos, el tiempo se te va entre el bebé y los niños mayores y de repente volteas a ver al bebé y ya anda caminando 🥺❤️

It's amazing how fast they grow and even more so when you have more children, time goes by between the baby and the older children and suddenly you turn to see the baby and he's already walking ❤️
