ASÍ PASAMOS LA NAVIDAD (ESP/ENG)

El día 24 de diciembre mi esposo salió temprano del trabajo, llegó a casa y comimos; más tarde alrededor de las 7pm nos empezamos a arreglar. En Torreón hemos tenido días calurosos, pero en las noches empieza a hacer frío, así que nos llevamos abrigos y chamarras para más tarde.

On December 24, my husband left work early, came home and we ate; later around 7pm we start to get ready. In Torreón we have had hot days, but at night it starts to get cold, so we take coats and jackets for later.

Alrededor de las 9pm nos fuimos, ya que a esa hora nos habían citado; cuando llegamos estuvimos un rato platicando con toda la familia. Al cabo de un rato hicieron oraciones, cantos y después repartieron bolos (bolsitas con dulces), todos los niños estaban muy felices de compartir tiempo juntos, además todos son pequeños y se divierten jugando entre ellos.

Around 9pm we left, since at that time they had summoned us; when we arrived we talked with the whole family for a while. After a while they made prayers, songs and then handed out bowling (bags with sweets), all the children were very happy to share time together, they are all small and have fun playing with each other.

Un rato después cenamos, las tías habían preparado spaghetti, puré de papa y rollo de carne, todo estaba delicioso! Yo aún me sentía mal por el embarazo, tenía colitis, algo de náuseas y un sabor como metálico en la boca, muy común en el embarazo, así que no disfruté como era debido de la cena, además que es en las noches cuando más mal me siento del estómago 😩 sin embargo lo que pude comer me encantó.

A while later we had dinner, the aunts had prepared spaghetti, mashed potatoes and a meat roll, everything was delicious! I still felt bad about the pregnancy, I had colitis, some nausea and a metallic taste in my mouth, very common in pregnancy, so I did not enjoy dinner properly, besides that it is at night when the worst I feel my stomach 😩 however what I could eat I loved.

También pasó santa Claus a saludar (un conocido de los tíos que andaba en moto saludando a las familias y tomándose fotos, nos tomamos una con él.

Santa Claus also passed by to say hello (an acquaintance of the uncles who was riding a motorcycle greeting the families and taking photos, we took one with him.

Hubo música y baile por un buen rato y alrededor de las 4am decidimos venir nos a la casa ya que andábamos muy cansados y teníamos frío 🤷🏻‍♀️ llegamos a casa, nos pusimos pijamas y a dormir. Disfrutamos mucho la noche con la familia 😍

There was music and dancing for a long time and around 4am we decided to come home since we were very tired and we were cold 🤷🏻‍♀️ we got home, put on pajamas and went to sleep. We really enjoyed the night with the family 😍
