The Use Of Organic Source Of Products Instead Of Chemical Sources
(Edited)
I was last last discussing with my colleague Science Teacher how we can focus an attention about the use of more Organic products instead of Chemical products. It was the he was reviewing to be that even the leaves of Neem trees can be used for the manufacturing of pesticides to control all flying pests in our farms without even thinking of the use of chemical pesticides to control them.
Such Organic base product has less efficacy on the impacts on the soils in terms of destructions. It does not cause harm to the untargeted animals. It's easy dissolve and decomposed which never remains in the soil for long time after it's usage on the targeted animals. But my concern was how sustainable and reliable it's to produce such product in larger quantities though it doesn't need any technical knowledge compare the use of chemical where you need to formulate other additional conc. of chemical to produce it. Because my friend was saying that unless you the whole quantity of the organic product formulated for the use to spray all are filled with the knapsack sprayer machine. I think little technology is needed to be added to make it more complete to be used.
We need to encourage and empower the use of organic products in spite of being difficult to get in larger quantity. I don't think the use of chemical products can be eradicated completely from the system but we can increase the usage of organic products to some extent.
I was thinking about how Biogas Energy is very useful when it comes to cooking and many things which are powered gas. Instead of using fuel gas like the original chemical gas we can substitute it with Biogas. The bi-products are just from plant residues; the local peels from our kitchen leftover, the animal bi-products which are easily collected and stock in container tubes. When these bi-products are decomposed they emit methane, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphite gas. What we've to know is that methane gas is a major constituent of this Biogas. When all these bi-products are enclosed in the container tubes there would be anaerobic degradation; that's breaking down of organic matter by bacteria in the absence of oxygen. the common products that help to generate this Biogas is the energy stored in plants and animals.
Apart from using plants and animal bi-products, human faeces can be used to generate Biogas. another useful natural products devoid of synthetic which very soon is going to be used in larger quantity is the use of Solar panel to generate electricity to be used in our household. Solar panel is being harnessed from the Sun which is our main source of energy in this universe. I thing if we able to utilize the amount of the Sun that reaches the Earth daily well we can generate a lot of Solar panel from the Sun. Especially in the tropics, the amount of Sunshine everyday is very great to depends on. But this largely depends on how we are able to utilize our technological knowhow to build more Solar panels to curb the issue of light shortages in our various societies.
A similar to the Solar panel is the Wind Energy. As the name implies it's the energy generated from the wind to produce electricity. On the daily basis the wind blows. Not a single day that we could say that the wind has stopped blowing since we have oxygen all over the place. The wind is used to cause the spinning of the turbines which cause the production of electricity. This is similar to using water to generate electricity (Hydroelectric power). The electricity generated from wind can be used to power irrigation system like the sprinkler irrigation system.
