Bitácora de Vuelo Ecuador - Venezuela (ESP/ENG)
¡Hola chicos! ¿Qué tal?
En esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes la Bitácora de mi Vuelo de Ecuador a Venezuela, a través de un video. Esta es mi primera vez viajando en un avión.
Tenía cuatro años sin ver a mi familia y tuve la oportunidad de viajar el 1ro de Diciembre para verlos, no de una forma más planificada o en mejores circunstancias pero con una gran emoción por verles.

This time I'm sharing with you my Flight Log from Ecuador to Venezuela, through a video. This is my first time travelling on a plane.
I had four years without seeing my family and I had the opportunity to travel on the 1st of December to see them, not in a more planned way or in better circumstances but with a great emotion to see them.
Salí de la ciudad dónde vivo actualmente en Ecuador (Portoviejo), el día miércoles a las 6:00 a.m para ir rumbo a Guayaquil, ciudad donde queda el aeropuerto donde saldría mi vuelo, llegué a Guayaquil a las 10:00 a.m con un poco de retrasos en la vía.
Entre al aeropuerto, me acompañó mi suegro, quien ya antes ha viajado en Avión y era mi guía en este recorrido. Luego de chequear las maletas, me despedí de él, de mi esposa y niños también pero con ellos a través de una video llamada.
Me dirigí a migración, donde sellé pasaporte, allí tuve que hacer una cola de aproximadamente 30 minutos ya que ahí sellaban a todos. Mostré mi visa de aquí ya que mi vuelo es de ida y vuelta, luego de esto para pasar a sala de espera, tuve que pasar por la cinta transportadora, donde revisan el equipaje de mano, pasar por una maquina donde tuve que quitarme la correa, todo lo que llevaba en los bolsillos y luego esperé sentado mientras llamaban para abordar el avión.
I left the city where I currently live in Ecuador (Portoviejo), on Wednesday at 6:00 a.m. to go to Guayaquil, the city where the airport where my flight would depart, I arrived in Guayaquil at 10:00 a.m. with some delays on the road.
I entered the airport with my father-in-law, who had travelled by plane before and was my guide on this trip. After checking my bags, I said goodbye to him, my wife and children too, but with them through a video call.
I went to immigration, where I stamped my passport, there I had to queue for about 30 minutes as they stamped everyone. I showed my visa from here as my flight is round trip, after that to go to the waiting room, I had to go through the conveyor belt, where they check the hand luggage, go through a machine where I had to take off my belt, everything I had in my pockets and then I waited sitting down while they called to board the plane.
Hicieron el llamado para mi vuelo, fue poca la espera, debo confensar que tenía muchas emociones encontradas, ya que por un lado estaba nervioso ya que como dije, era la primera vez que viajaba en Avión, además el hecho de dejar a mi esposa e hijos, la felicidad de ver a mi familia y la preocupación por la salud de mi padre.
El avión es Conviasa, una aerolínea Venezolana, no iba tan lleno, si había bastante dudas entre los que lo abordamos, en especial por saber como sería cuando llegaríamos a Venezuela.
El vuelo duró solo 3 horas, solo fue un poco movido el despegue, hubieron como 10 turbulencias, mi compañera de viaje me explicaba los motivos. Llegué a las 6:00 p.m al aeropuerto internacional de Maiquetia - Venezuela.
Antes de viajar había visto algunos videos, donde las personas decían que aún cuando llevaban su prueba PCR (covid-19), al llegar la hacían nuevamente y la cobraban aproximadamente entre $60 y $80, pero en mi caso no fue así, al llegar habían mesas improvisadas para realizar esta prueba sin ningún costo adicinal, al parecer ya el costo estaba incluido en el boleto aéreo.
Al llegar a la zona donde retiraba mi maleta, también había visto que tenía que esperar hasta 2 horas para que me entregaran mi equipaje, sin embargo fue cuestión de pocos minutos, bastante rápido y todo fue bien fluido.
The call for my flight was made, the wait was short, I must confess that I had many mixed emotions, on the one hand I was nervous because as I said, it was the first time I travelled by plane, plus the fact of leaving my wife and children, the happiness of seeing my family and the concern for my father's health.
The plane is Conviasa, a Venezuelan airline, it was not very crowded, but there were a lot of doubts among those of us who boarded it, especially because we were wondering when we would arrive in Venezuela.
The flight lasted only 3 hours, only the take off was a bit bumpy, there were about 10 turbulences, my travel companion explained me the reasons. I arrived at 6:00 p.m. at the international airport of Maiquetia - Venezuela.
Before travelling I had seen some videos, where people said that even when they took their PCR test (covid-19), when they arrived they would do it again and they would charge between $60 and $80, but in my case it was not like that, when I arrived there were improvised tables to do this test without any additional cost, apparently the cost was already included in the air ticket.
When I arrived at the area where I was picking up my suitcase, I had also seen that I had to wait up to 2 hours for my luggage to be delivered to me, however it was a matter of a few minutes, quite fast and everything went smoothly.
A pesar de ser un avión pequeño, el vuelo fue bastante rápido, tranquilo y sin contratiempos. Lo mejor es que llegué sano y salvo a mi país y con la emoción de pisar tierras venezolanas luego de tanto tiempo.
Mi recomendación es que tengan todos sus papeles a la mano, que lleguen a tiempo y no compren nada en el aeropuerto ya que todo lo venden súper costoso. Quise comprarme un chicle para masticar y calmar los nervios durante el viaje y me costó $3 jeje.
Al aeropuerto de Maiquetia me fue a recibir un primo de mi esposa, para que durmiera en su casa, ya que al otro día debía continuar mi viaje para reencontrarme con mi familia, ese reencuentro se los voy a contar en una próxima publicación.
Despite being a small plane, the flight was quite fast, calm and smooth. The best thing is that I arrived safe and sound in my country and with the excitement of setting foot on Venezuelan soil after such a long time.
My recommendation is to have all your papers at hand, to arrive on time and not to buy anything at the airport as everything is sold at a very high price. I wanted to buy some chewing gum to chew and calm my nerves during the trip and it cost me $3 hehe.
At Maiquetia airport I was met by a cousin of my wife, so that I could sleep at his house, because the next day I had to continue my trip to meet my family, I will tell you about this reunion in a future post.

Ver el video me dio mucha nostalgia, recuerdo mis seres queridos que se han ido a otros paises en busca de nuevas oportunidades.

Si una felicidad que no puedo explicar, ya en estos días les muestro el video del encuentro con ellos, fue algo soñado
