Alice in Borderland is a series that I had saved for a long time, I would not have taken the initiative to see it now if it were not because after the popularity of Squid Game there was also talk of Alice in Borderland. I honestly saw that it would be a failure to talk about Squid Game after it caught the attention of many, besides that it did not seem like a great thing, it is good, but not a great thing. In this series of eight chapters it can have a similarity to the new popular series, but with the particularity that it has a better story, more mystery and a few Ovas.
There are many factors that bother me about watching Asian series, more than something wrong that they do, it is my tastes that get in the way, such as the noise they make when eating, the way they raise their voices, the annoying of the characters, but that is not something that happened to me when I saw Alice in Borderland. The series does not have those clichés of being an Asian series, it focuses on the puzzle games it has, its solutions and its mysterious future.
Many of the Japanese movies or series are inspired by a graphic novel or manga, in this case Alice in Borderlan is inspired by a manga, having anime and clearly a live action. I have not seen anime, but this live action stands on its own, the expressions in Japanese animation and Japanese acting is very different, mostly because they want to look too much like animation, but in my opinion, it looks plastic. This time, none of those scenes looked like that to me, just some scenes with the character of Chisiya.
The series has eight chapters available on Netflix. I'm getting a little tired of Netflix and I'm considering subscribing to some other streaming services. What do you recommend? In the same way, I highly recommend this series, which you have probably already heard about.
I hope you liked it, without more to say, we will read later.

Hello, when I visit this community these days I have seen that many people talked about "squid game", that series seemed good to me but the end let me down completely. I think the same as you that sometimes the live action want to do the same as the animation and it looks very plastic, in my opinion so happened with "parasite" I do not know if you've seen it, if not I recommend the anime I liked it. Well your opinion of the series seemed interesting, I'll watch it and I'll tell you mine. Very good post<3
Parasite I have it on my list, I have not seen it, I will see it as soon as possible, I am glad that you liked the post, thank you very much for reading
I started it today and I find it interesting. It's true what you say about the raised voices in Asian movies but this is different 😄
In the first episode, I thought the puzzle was too complicated and I would like to know if it's actually logical or just made up. Anyway, let me keep watching to see if I like it. Thanks for no spoilers.
Thanks for reading, I hope you like it
