Happy Friday, Hive friends! I hope everyone is healthy, safe, sound, and generally well. 🩷

I am so happy that today's a holiday here in the country and I was able to.... go to work.😢 Huhu. Joke's on me.

Anyway, yeah, that's about right. I had to work and report to the office after lunch for some paperwork that needs to be completed as soon as possible. I'm glad that I wasn't alone as my workmates also did go - at least it was bearable because I was not alone hehe.

After work I was able to FINALLY catch up with my dear friend Katie. You may have been familiar with her as I have featured her in several blogs, most especially last year, as I worked with her last year and we usually hang out then.

I never thought we'd be "close" friends at work - because at first I thought she was strict and a tad mean. But as time passed by yes she was mean HAHAHAHAH but deep inside her strong exterior was a caring heart.

We got close and we even pile on one another's jokes and laugh our hearts out lol. I could even hear our laughter long before it's over - that's how crazy it is haha.

We haven't seen each other since February this year - we made plans after plans after plans for a coffee catch up. Never happened. Not until today. Hurray. Haha. #AdultingSchedules these days are way, way CRAZY.

As we had a long overdue "mirror selfies" - here you go. It was perfect that this café had the cutest mirror set-up! (More about this place on the next blog!) 💮🌼🌻🌸🌺🏵️

Today we had achievement unlocked: we learned how to do cross stitch! YAAAYYY!!!! We had zero knowledge about it, and good thing we tried. We spent the next four hours doing some major serious cross stitch hahahaa. It was so fun! I'll visit again next time and do some more cross stitching! 🧶
