Who would want to sacrifice from the cards that you MUST play in order to win for a stupid quest? nobody, so instead of doing that we're going to use a secret/quick formula to finish this quest in 1 game/instead of playing 10 games and still not being able to finish, because you only have 30 cards in a deck and you most likely won't even reach 20 of them most of the times, and even if you be optimistic you most likely use 15 cards and the game is over so the rest of the deck is always staying hidden and you never even reach them and use them most of the time!!

So guess having idk, 2-4 1 cost minions in your deck, what are your chances to encounter them on a given game? 1 cost cards are 1 cost cards and they don't worth nothing so nobody wants them in the game, imagine yourself on the 5th turn, would you like to receive a 6 mana cost card so you could turn it into the game next round? or would you like to receive a stupid 1 cost card when you're about to finish all your cards in your hand and especially when your enemy has 5-10 cards in his hand!!
