Because, We are different in beliefs, attitudes and other ways in life, and the way we speak, so having different view is just like, having different understanding. Therefore, our understanding can also be a reason why we delay to know, when, how and what we should do.
Knowing the right time to get it done is a kind of knowledge, that is good in every mans life, but a man listen to what others are Saying, such person will not delay to acts or performed a role pertaining to any phenomenon, he would always know when to act upon.
