Stamp collection Tome 2 part 1

W ostatnim poście zastanawiałem się, czy natrafię na coś w kolekcji autorstwa Czesława Słani, lecz nie spodziewałem się, że będzie tego tyle i to już w drugim tomie (chyba z 40). Jeśli chcecie coś szybko o nim przeczytać - przeczytajcie ten sznurek na twitterze. Od razu na pierwszej stronie wita nas Bierut w różnych nominałach. Na stronie 2. Słania przypomina nam, że Plan 6-letni to 100 000 000 ton węgla w 1955 r. Na 5 generał Dąbrowski. Na 7 stronie w centralnej części widać podobizny generała Świerczewskiego. Na 8 kolejne znaczki Słani (Poczta Lotnicza 1,40 zł i 0,55 zł). Na 9 natomiast podobizna ruskojęzycznego Gogola, kolejny motyw marynistyczny oraz hołd oddany cementowni w Wierzbicy. Na kolejnej, już 10 stronie znajdują się znaczki Słani ku czci proletariatu oraz elektrowni w Jaworznie, do której autor wcale nie miał daleko. Na 13 zaś podobizna Sienkiewicza. 18 strona pokazuje nam Avicennę, Wiktora Hugo, samolot poczty lotniczej, czy kolejne odniesienie do planu 6-letniego. Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych na Żeraniu w Warszawie została uszanowana wizerunkiem samochodu "Warszawa". Na ostatniej stronie znajduje się jeszcze znaczek ku czci Fabryki Samochodów Ciężarowych "Lublin". Przepraszam za jakość zdjęć, ale ciężko mi aparatem, który mam w komórce zrobić focus na całej stronie a też nie chcę wrzucać pojedynczych znaczków. Przeczytajcie ten sznurek, wtedy dostrzeżecie znaczenie tej kolekcji, o łącznej wartości 30$ :D ale mimo wszystko mam kawałek historii.

In my last post I was wondering if I encounter anything authored by Czesław Słania, but I didn't think it would be already in second tome (out of ~40). If you want to read something quickly about him - use twitter thread. Immediately on the front page, we are greeted by Bierut in various denominations. On page 2. Słania reminds us that the 6-year plan is 100,000,000 tons of coal in 1955. On the fifth, general Dąbrowski. On the 7th page, in the central part, you can see the images of General Świerczewski. For 8 more Słania stamps (Air Mail 1.40 PLZ and 0.55 PLZ). At 9, the image of the Russian-speaking Gogol, another maritime theme and a tribute to the cement plant in Wierzbica. On the next, 10th page, there are Słania stamps in honor of the proletariat and the power plant in Jaworzno, which the author was not far from. On the 13th, the image of Sienkiewicz. Page 18 shows us Avicenna, Victor Hugo, an airmail plane, or another reference to the 6-year plan. The passenger car factory in Żerań in Warsaw was honored with the image of the "Warszawa" car. On the last page there is also a stamp in honor of the "Lublin" Truck Factory. I apologize for the quality of the photos, but it is hard for me to focus on the entire page with the camera that I have in my mobile phone, and I also do not want to throw in individual stamps. Read this string, then you will see the importance of this collection, with a total value of $ 30 :D All in all, I have a piece of history in my hand.

In general, I have decided to post these stamps to commemorate my late grandfather, who had put a lot of energy (and money) to collect all those stamps. A little bit, I dream of finding something unique of significant value, but we all know if my grandad had something like that he would have run away with money poor joke.
