RE: Tales of the Urban Explorer: 'The Limes House'

Reasonable condition, stately old place worth breathing new life into, not sure about the food stores nor those records.

Good run of fun this round with loads to see still surviving.

I have many of these 'stately homes' in the bag to come. Most are shells and not like this one. These buildings are enormous and could house several families. So wasteful.

Perhaps it was a boarding school !LOLZ

Rich old farts always had great land, living style of totally sublime dimensions.

Only good to renovate to remember our forefathers had to keep them going, not so? Man servants and hand maidens.... or more!

It's probably been lots of things. There's a date of 1893 stuck on the front, so it's late Victorian. Bad things happened during those times, those walls could tell us many things!

Some fun history, appears up for sale, large portion of land with some impressive buildings.

Is this the right place? Interesting tracking some of the trails you take.

Look forward to seeing the old establishments.

From age 6 have a pen-pal who lived in the region, when visiting stayed with them, met extended family. Familiar with the area as we still keep contact.
