¡Hola nuevamente amigos de #Hive!... Ayer compartí la primera parte de mi selección de fotografías de ventanas (pueden verlas AQUÍ)... Entonces hoy, haciendo honor a mi legendario "trastorno obsesivo compulsivo", he traído la segunda parte para compartirla con ustedes... Vayamos por las fotos antes de que comience a escribir un mar de lineas divagantes, hagamos esto algo más bien "Visual" como somos aquí en #VisualShots... 📷🚀

Surely you have already noticed, my concept for "window" is far from being something as simple as a square opening, with leaves and / or glass, embedded in a wall... No, with me it is not like that... "My windows" are old, they have stories, some of them are there dying slowly, like us... In all of them their history, their inherent complexity is palpable.

Seguramente se ya habrán percatado, mi concepto para "ventana" dista de ser algo tan simple como una apertura cuadrada, con hojas y/o vidrios, enclavada en alguna pared... No, conmigo no sucede así... "Mis ventanas" son viejas, tienen historias, algunas están allí muriendo lentamente, como nosotros... En todas es palpable su historia, su complejidad inherente.

One good thing about windows is that there will always be a few around (I mean, "a good thing" for photographers at least)... Because, it seems to me, ever since we humans invented windows, we haven't been able to live without them (except for not funny things like bunkers and underground cells to punish criminals)... But in general, we always put windows in the walls...

Algo bueno acerca de las ventanas, es que siempre habrán unas cuantas cerca (digo, "algo bueno" para los fotografos cuando menos)... Porque, según me parece, desde que los seres humanos invetamos las ventanas, no hemos podido vivir sin ellas (a excepción en cosas nada graciosas como bunkers y celdas subterrneas para castigar criminales)... Pero por lo general, siempre ponemos ventanas en las paredes...

Humans almost all suffer from a kind of hobby for collecting things, sometimes underhanded, other times clearly exposed... But the truth is that things like windows (and doors too) make us awaken that kind of "collector child" that we all carry inside...

Los humanos sufrimos casi todos de una especie de aficion por coleccionar cosas, unas veces solapada, otras veces expuesta claramente... Pero lo cierto es que cosas como las ventanas (y puertas también) nos hacen despertar esa especie de "niño coleccionista" que todos llevamos dentro...
