Splinterlands Art Contest! // Week 168 // Supply Runner

G'day Splintermates. Today I come to join for the first time in this exciting weekly contest. I'm a pixel art newbie, and I tried to create something in that style; here's the result, inspired by the Supply Runner. Simple card of the newborn Chaos Legion, with few benefits at low levels, but with an amazing potential above level five, being able to build good speed combos. Here I leave the step by step:

Buenas y mejores amigos de Splinterlands. Hoy vengo a participar por primera vez en este concurso semanal tan emocionante. Soy un novato aprendiz en el pixel art, e hice el intento de crear algo con el estilo; aca les dejo el resultado, inspirado en el Supply Runner. Carta sencilla de la recien nacida Chaos Legion, con pocos beneficios en niveles bajos, pero con un potencial asombroso a partir del nivel cinco, pudiendo construir buenos combos de velocidad. Acá dejo el paso a paso:

I start doing some kind of sketching, a simple base to add details gradually, focusing on the mad eyes of this guy:

Empecé creando una especie de boceto, una guía simple para ir añadiendo detalles poc a poco, enfocandome en los ojos:

Then I tried the hair, beard, arms and robe:

Luego, hice como pude el pelo, la barba, los brazos y la túnica:

I made the robe collar, I had doubts on this hehe:

Le hice el cuello de la túnica, tuve dudas al hacerlo jeje:

The hard part, shadows and gradient, I'm very noob at this:

La parte dificil, sombras y degradados, soy bastante malo con esto:

Finally, I got some color in the background, and here it is:
