How's everyone! I hope you all are good. Last week was dreaded because of the strong rain and flooding near our area. Hehe. All now is good! 😊

For this week, I chose Theorosa Nightshade to draw.

Here is the process of my art.

Art Process

First is to sketch the character's post. I was strugling with how to position the hair flow. I think I got rusty this time, hehehe. I separated the layer for the body and hair so that I can erase the hair sketch without affecting the other parts. Using a soft brush, I did the lineart in different layers for the hair and body.

I applied the base colors in different layers using the color-pick tool and adjusting the saturation. Next, I applied the shadows using the airbrush and flatbrush. The hard shadows were applied using the cell shading brush.

I then added the details to the face like the forehead design and cheek blush. I intensified the shadowings again, especially on the neck and right shoulder. On another layer, using flat brush and smudge brush, I worked on the shines on the hair, skin, and clothing.

Final Art

on the background is just a simple blue sparks using a special brush that can be downloaded from the asset store. Lastly, masking the canvas with a textured image in low opacity.
