Let's do some casual clothing this time. 😁 On the initial sketch, I did a different route this time. I focused on the other lines first and then the inner lines. I noticed I used eraser too much when using a thicker brush. Next, on another layer, I started to draw the lineart using a thinner line. I added the clover symbol on the shirt as a design.

Here, I worked on the base colors filled in different layers. I was contemplating if I was going for a yellow or red shirt. I think red suited the character more. A blue color for the background and later on will add clouds. On clipped layers, I added soft shadows using an airbrush.

Adding the soft glow on the shirt and hair using a flat brush and smudge brush. I incorporated some hints of orange and blue. I also added a soft glow to the face. On the background, I used a white, soft airbrush for contrast.

Final Art

The clouds were drawn using a special cloud brush that can be downloaded on the asset store, as well as the leaves. The floating leaves is filterred with motion blur to show a movement. I masked the canvas with a textured image and lowered the opacity.
