Formas de ayudar en casa a mamá (Esp-Eng)

Y hablando de familia no sé si les ha pasado que por el ambiente navideño en el hogar, y todas las actividades que hacer, como las decoraciones, la preparación de la comida, crear un ambiente agradable para los invitados, y todas esas cosas pues la casa se vuelve totalmente un caos, y muchas veces en un campo minado jajajaja encontramos una madre toda estresada con los niños en casa, juguetes regados por todos lados, una esposa alterada y todo un caos, si te ha pasado como a mi jajaja voy a darte estos pequeños consejos que me han funcionado para bajarle al estrés de estas fiestas navideñas y hacerlas más placenteras y no morir en el intento.

y créanme no hay nada mas difícil que darle un consejo a un hombre, ¿porque? bueno porque hay una mezcla de orgullo, machismo y todo eso mezclado pero allí voy me arriesgare.

And speaking of family I do not know if it has happened to you that because of the Christmas atmosphere at home, and all the activities to do, such as decorations, food preparation, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests, and all those things because the house becomes a total chaos, and many times in a minefield hahaha we find a mother all stressed with the kids at home, toys scattered everywhere, an upset wife and all chaos, if it has happened to you like me hahaha I will give you these little tips that have worked for me to lower the stress of these holidays and make them more enjoyable and not die trying.

and believe me there is nothing more difficult than giving advice to a man, why? well because there is a mixture of pride, machismo and all that mixed in but here I go I'll take my chances.

1. Se un apoyo no un estorbo.

Síii, hay cosas que sólo pueden hacer las mujeres peeeero tu puedes contribuir a la meta, apoya en lo más que puedas o esté a tu alcance por ejemplo limpiar los trastes que estén en la cocina, si vas a usar algo ¡lávalo! En fin, Si puedes hacerlo tu, hazlo no te pongas en ese preciso momento quieres el sándwich que hace tu esposa, recuerda estamos en un campo minado cualquier movimiento o pequeña cosa las hace explotar. jajaja

2. Apoya con los pequeños de la casa

Sí tienes niños en la casa sabrás como es la situación en medio de una celebración, o evento importante los niños tienen como un instinto de querer jugar en ese preciso momento con su mama, de que los carguen, de bañarse, de que los mimen y cosas muy creativas que sólo a ellos se les ocurren jajaja mi consejo si puedes darles un paseo por los alrededores de tu casa, o salir a algún lugar en ese momento ¡hazlo! Puedes ir a la habitación y jugar con ellos así crean lazos paternos más fuertes y saludables, y también así aligeras la carga de estrés de su mami.

2. Support the little ones in the house

If you have children at home you will know how the situation is in the middle of a celebration, or important event the kids have an instinct to want to play at that precise moment with their mom, to be held, to bathe, to be pampered and very creative things that only they can think of hahaha my advice if you can give them a walk around your house, or go out somewhere at that time, do it! You can go to the room and play with them so they create stronger and healthier parental bonds, and you also lighten their mommy's stress load.

3. Palabras que contribuyen

Sabemos que a todos nos gusta que nos respondan bien, que nos alaguen, nos hagan sentir virtuoso queridos e importantes y en "ellas" esto no es una opción jajajaja (ustedes hombres me entienden) jajaja así que bueno pongamos en práctica ese lado modesto, afectivo, y romántico para esos momentos en el que una sola gota de agua puede derramar el vaso elogiemos su esfuerzo contribuyamos con palabras de amor, menos crítica y más apoyo
Evita decir "esa decoración está fea, no combina" "esta comida no sabe cómo la de mi mamá" allí ya serás hombre muerto hermano jajaja no caigamos en la tentación.

3. Contributing words

We know that we all like to be responded well, to be praised, to be made to feel loved and important and in "them" this is not an option hahahaha (you men understand me) so let's put into practice that modest, affectionate, and romantic side for those moments in which a single drop of water can spill the glass, praise their effort, contribute with words of love, less criticism and more support.

4. Muuuucha paciencia

Lo más indispensable e importante, llenarte de mucha paciencia para no explotar por todo el caos alrededor, mostrar tu linda cara de comprensión, callarte y hacerte el loco es lo más conveniente para esos momentos.

The most indispensable and important thing, fill yourself with a lot of patience to not explode because of all the chaos around, show your pretty face of understanding, shut up and act crazy is the most convenient for those moments.

Esos son mis consejos para que en estas fiestas puedas aportar tu granito de arena en casa y hacer la diferencia bro, si tienes algún otro consejo que puedas aportarme créeme será de utilidad.
