A Journey Of Love & Sacrifices

A Journey of Love and Sacrifice

Date: March 1,2025

At exactly 3:25 AM, my two friends and I prepared everything we needed for the long journey ahead—our mission: to harvest mangoes in Hinigaran, Negros Occidental.

We knew it would be an exhausting trip, passing through multiple municipalities
and cities before reaching our destination.

After hours on the road,
we finally arrived—tired but grateful for a safe journey.

Every step of this trip, every bit of exhaustion, is all for one reason: my beloved son,a Grade 9 student at Sibulan High School.

As a single parent, I have carried this responsibility since I lost my wife when my son was just four months old. Since then, every effort,
every sacrifice has been for his future.

My work may not be stable,
but I believe in one thing:
God will always provide.
Through hard times and long travels,
I place my trust in the Lord,
praying for safety and strength.

I also ask my friends and relatives to continue praying for my safe travels every day.

The picture below captures a moment from our journey—from Bacong, Negros Oriental, to Hinigaran, Negros Occidental.

It serves as a reminder of the challenges we face, the sacrifices we make, and the unshakable faith that keeps us going.
