All readers receive a warm greeting, I introduce myself to you in a cordial and friendly manner.

I am writing this post in order to introduce myself to the Gems community and the Hive blockchain. At the same time I will share with you some of my experiences, goals for the future, hobbies and the topics I will be developing on the platform.

I want to emphasize that this is the first time I'm doing a job of this magnitude and with time I hope to get used to the commands to give structure to my design!

My name is Jhanna Pereira and I am 17 years old. My zodiac sign belongs to the fire element class. Exactly, Aries. I am of Venezuelan nationality born in Ocumare del Tuy, Tomas Lander Municipality of Miranda State or better known as the region of the Valles del Tuy,

I was born on March 30, 2004- I live in Los Teques, the capital city of Miranda State. I am a nursing student, passionate about reading and an amateur writer. I feel great passion and ability for the arts, making crafts, baking, hairdressing and maket up.

I found out about this community through a reading friend, who also has aspirations as a writer and is an active member of the blockchain. It seems to me a dynamic and fun platform, as it has a social network system where I'm still trying to adapt to its mechanics, I was investigating a little before registering, I have no knowledge about the crypto area, but if I am a little attention the NFT projects that take place in their network.

I received a small tutorial from my friend to perform optimally in the community.

My childhood

My childhood makes up most of the nicest anecdotes I can tell about myself. We all want to relive those afternoons of eternal games. Simple, but full of love, the warm treatment of a mother healing the bruises of a knee, where I woke up every morning observing cartoons of a rabbit and a little dog lost in the jungle? known in Creole as "Las comiquitas" belong to those beautiful memories of my childhood. I come from a humble family full of values.

I was raised by my mother, a strong fighter who played the maternal and paternal role at the same time. Due to the absence of my father, a woman who always put her last breath to please me and my brother, protecting our integrity and watching over our needs. I am the eldest sister of the offspring from my father's marriage, my younger brother and I grew up in Ocumare del Tuy, a small town where the weather can be overwhelming. As a little girl, I was always the spoiled one, being the girl of the house and the first born of my mommy. I still enjoy my mother's love even though I am practically in the adult stage, but always keeping the principles and good values she instilled in me.

As an infant, I received constant criticism and teasing for my weight, the bullying I received at school, created insecurities, distrust and contempt from others, since I was a little chubby (stuffed with love) where I did not have a complex, but it hurt me the treatment received by others ....

I can describe myself as a pitiful little girl, quiet, friendly and very shy.

With time, after a personal acceptance, the discovery of self-love and self-satisfaction, I was able to discover what a great person I can become, and I know I will succeed!

I am now a little more extroverted, less shy and I like the extraordinary! Risk in a nutshell, I like adrenaline although I'm not very sentimental for romance or horror movies. I am charitable, I love to help others, I consider myself a correct, pure and sincere person who rejects injustice and abhors material interest.

My aspirations on the platform is to share those teachings that at some point I received or experienced so that both men and women, have self-esteem, have a high self-esteem and discover their value as people.

Leaving aside my personal review, let's talk about the content that I come to present.

Each work will be based on Self-Love, morning and evening routines to take care of our body, habits that we can use in our daily life. A little bit of dessert recipes, since I forgot to mention that I help my mom with her handicrafts, flower arrangements and baking as a business due to the labor shortage created by the pandemic.

Why did I choose the topic of Self-Love?

Simple, most people (mostly women) want to look pretty, feel pretty, feel good with our body, but we leave that for later, when in reality we are ourselves first, where we must first love ourselves so that another person can love us, because self-love is the most beautiful love that a human being can have and feel, so here you will find tips, tutorials to learn to love and accept yourself.

It will be a hard process, because self love is not as easy as it is painted, it is a long process, where you will cry, because they tell you that "You are fat, you are skinny" and that affects you, because you feel that you are not enough, because you have a low self esteem, because you do not have self love, because you have not started to love yourself yet, but I come to raise your self esteem and self love so you feel like a Goddess and/or Greek God.

Reciban todos los lectores un cálido saludo, me presento delante de ustedes de manera cordial y amistosa.

Realizo este post con la finalidad de presentarme delante de la comunidad Gems y la blockchain de Hive. De manera simultánea compartiré con ustedes parte de mis experiencias vividas, metas para el futuro, hobbys y los temas que estaré desarrollando en la plataforma.

¡Quiero destacar que es la primera vez que efectúo un trabajo de esta magnitud y con el tiempo espero acostumbrarme a los comandos para darle estructura a mi diseño!

Mi nombre es Jhanna Pereira y tengo 17 años de edad. Mi signo zodiacal pertenece a la clase de elemento fuego. Exactamente, Aries. Soy de nacionalidad venezolana nacida en Ocumare del Tuy, Municipio Tomás Lander del Estado Miranda o mejor conocido como la región de los Valles del Tuy,

Nací el 30 de marzo del 2004- Estoy residenciada en Los Teques la ciudad capital del estado Miranda. Soy estudiante de enfermería, apasionada de la lectura y escritora aficionada. Siento gran pasión y habilidad por las artes, hacer manualidades, repostería, peluquería y maket up.

Conocí esta comunidad por medio de un amigo de lectura, que también pose aspiraciones como escritor y es un miembro activo de la blockchain. Me parece una plataforma dinámica y divertida, ya que tiene un sistema de red social donde aun trato de adaptarme a su mecánica, estuve investigando un poco antes de registrarme, no tengo nada de conocimiento sobre él área de las crypto, pero si me llama un poco la atención los proyectos NFT que tienen lugar en su red.

Recibí un pequeño tutorial por parte de mi amigo para realizar un óptimo desempeño en la comunidad.

Mi infancia

Mi niñez compone la mayor parte de las anécdotas más lindas que puedo relatar sobre mí. Todos queremos revivir esas tardes de juegos eternos. Simples, pero llenos de amor, el cálido trato de una madre sanando los moretones de una rodilla, donde despertaba cada mañana observando caricaturas de un conejo y un perrito perdidos en la selva... conocidas en el vocablo criollo como "Las comiquitas" pertenecen a esos lindos recuerdos de mi niñez. Vengo de una familia humilde y llena de valores.

Fui criada por mi madre, una fuerte luchadora que efectuaba el papel maternal y paternal al mismo tiempo. Debido a la ausencia de mi padre, una mujer que siempre coloco hasta su último aliento para complacernos a mí y a mi hermano resguardando nuestra integridad y velando por nuestras necesidades. Soy la hermana mayor de la descendencia proveniente del matrimonio con mi padre, mi hermano menor y yo, nos criamos en Ocumare del Tuy, una pequeña ciudad donde el clima puede ser abrumador. De pequeña, siempre fui la consentida, por ser la niña de la casa y la primogénita de mi mami. Aún disfruto del amor de mi madre aunque ya prácticamente estoy en la etapa adulta, pero siempre manteniendo los principios y bueno valores que ella me inculco.

De infante, recibía críticas y burlas constantes por mi peso, el bullying recibido en mi colegio, creo inseguridades, desconfianza y despreció por parte de los demás, ya que era un poco gordita (rellena de amor) donde no me acomplejaba, pero si me dolía el trato recibido por los demás...

Puedo describirme como una chiquilla penosa, callada, amigable y muy tímida.

Que con el tiempo, luego de una aceptación personal, el descubrimiento del amor propio y la autosatisfacción. ¡Pude descubrir la gran persona puedo llegar a ser, y sé que lo lograré!

¡Ahora soy un poco más extrovertida, menos tímida y me gusta lo extraordinario! El riesgo en pocas palabras, me gusta la adrenalina aunque soy poco sentimental para las películas de romance o terror. Soy caritativa, me encanta ayudar al prójimo, Me considero una persona correcta, pura y sincera que rechaza las injusticias y aborrece el interés material.

Mis aspiraciones en la plataforma es compartir esas enseñanzas que en algún momento recibí o experimente para que tanto hombres como mujeres, tengan amor propio, que tengan una autoestima alta y descubran su valor como personas.

Dejando a un lado mi reseña personal, hablemos del contenido que les vengo a presentar.

Cada trabajo plasmado se basará en el Amor Propio, rutinas de mañana y noche para cuidar nuestro cuerpo, hábitos que podemos emplear en nuestro día a día. Un poco de recetas para postres, ya que se me había olvidado comentar que ayudo a mi mamá en sus manualidades, arreglos florales y repostería como emprendimiento debido a la escasez laboral creada en la pandemia.

¿Por qué elegí el tema del Amor Propio?

Sencillo, las mayorías de las personas (más que todo mujeres) queremos vernos lindas, sentirnos lindas, sentirnos bien con nuestro cuerpo, pero eso lo dejamos para después, cuando en realidad primero estamos nosotros mismos, donde primero debemos amarnos a nosotros mismos para que otra persona nos pueda amar, porque el amor propio es el amor más lindo que un ser humano pueda tener y sentir, así que aquí encontraras tips, tutoriales para aprender amarte y aceptarte.

Sera un proceso duro, porque el amor propio no es tan fácil como lo pintan, es un proceso largo, donde vas a llorar, porque te dicen que “Estas gord@, estas flac@” y eso te afecta, porque sientes que no eres suficiente, por tener una autoestima baja, por no tenerte amor propio, porque aún no te has empezado amar, pero yo te vengo a subir el autoestima y el amor propio para que te sientas como una Diosa y/o Dios griego
