One thing in this community is not to upload a lot of posts at once(is seen as bad culture). Tipically 1 or 2 a day max.

I see you use 3Speak, there is also peakd.com for more of a blog interface. Also if you want to put a post in multiple communities there is a functionality for it: re-blogs, it let's you re-blog any post to multiple communities.
