Mi rutina de ejercicios diarios en el gimnasio

Todos los dias de 8.am a 8.40 am hago mi rutina de ejercicios en el gimnasio.
empiezo por 4 series de 20 repeticiones de abdominales, seguido por 4 series de 20 repeticiones de hombros, espalda y pecho, y por último 4 series de 20 repeticiones de pierdas, bíceps y tríceps.
