How does this story begin?

It seems to me that it was yesterday that I found out that an event that was already taking place in other states of the country was going to be held in my city of Barquisimeto, I immediately expressed my desire to attend, since it was the @hivecreatorsday, a great project that among other things loves to create spaces where those of us who are within Hive have the opportunity to meet and strengthen interpersonal relationships. There, exactly on June 18, I can say that my story of getting involved in the promotion of Hive began, well, I remember that when I made my presentation here and said that I was a priest was something that impacted, so I took the opportunity to talk a little about the reasons that brought me here.

Now, I would not do justice to everything that has been done from @hiversbqto if I do not refer to the fact that even before that, animation work was already being done, because on May 1st there was already a first meeting between hivers in the city, as our friend @zullyscott reviewed and on May 12th the first meetup took place. Although I could not participate in person in these events, I was very attentive via digital, because in those days already began to operate a Telegram group that since then has served to unite us, since there are many hivers guaros within our platform and the best thing is that this continues to increase every day...

Returning to my history with the promotion of Hive in a more formal way, because all of us in one way or another from before already did some kind of promotion of this great ecosystem, I would like to emphasize that it has been extremely exciting, dynamic and committed, since it is something I do from the heart, I have helped Hive to be projected from various spaces and perspectives, in addition to that there have been several events that we as a community have been able to perform.

Development and progress

A summary of these events and outstanding experiences could be the following:

• Holding Meetups for specific niches, one for gamers, on July 30, and on August 13, one for [art](https://peakd. com/hive-189306/@jesusalejos/hiveartmeetup-de-barquisimeto-evento-que-transpaspasso-fronteras-espeng), with which one realizes that Hive helps to enhance the passions one already has, thus also becoming a place to project them.

• Bringing Hive to communities. It has been a wonderful experience, because it is to make this blockchain close to the everyday life of people, going beyond complicated technicalities to understand what can be done from Hive, as well as what should be avoided. In this sense, I am very happy because on August 06 it was possible to hold a meeting with my parish community and to bring Hive to [the radio](https://peakd. com/hive-110011/@jesusalejos/my-experience-taking-hive-to-radio-speng), with which we already moved to the media spaces that by their nature have more reach, and that particularly make me more aware of the dimensions that all this blockchain and web3 movement have. It is worth noting here that we were also sharing in the community of San Vicente, with this same objective of promoting a friendly meeting with everything that means our ecosystem.

• Sports meeting. The great thing about the Hive blockchain is its multiple possibilities, therefore, this meeting propitiated by the @swc-official community was wonderful, because we felt Hive as a space conducive to personal growth for the younger generations, as were most of the members of the group of athletes who made us this sports exhibition, which was held at the Sambil Barquisimeto shopping center, which drew much attention of various people.

• Hive at the academic level. On October 08, a [meeting was organized at the Lisandro Alvarado University](https://peakd. com/hive-191635/@hiversbqto/hive-llega-a-universidad-la-universidad-en-un-novo-evento-espeng) (UCLA) in the dean's office of humanities and art, where I have noticed there have been several participations of new hivers, this fills me with satisfaction because as I always say "the promotion of Hive is to make others participate in something good that one has found in his life", this is what excites me and fills me with joy. It is also worth mentioning that a space was created in this same dean's office to present Hive from a philosophical perspective at the Philosophy Congress on November 17.

After this tour of the events we have done with some of my most important experiences and / or impressions I would like to emphasize that this has led me to as the title of this post says "Unintentionally... wanting to" I am integrating myself to the promotion and projection of Hive, since "Unintentionally... wanting to" also have been harvested fruits, among which stand out: meeting hivers from other locations, creation of the Barquisimeto hivers community, making known the benefits of the Hive ecosystem, presence in various spaces, entry of new users, all of which I would summarize in a gradual but effective greater adoption of Hive.

How far are we going to go?

As a crypto slogan says, well, "to the moon", to which in our case I would add "beyond" because one should always set high goals to achieve great things, as in some read yesterday "Aim for the moon, so you hit some star." That's why, in a few days, as you could see on the cover of this writing, we will have a HiveCreatosCoffe, one of the year-end events that we want to make the hivers of Barquisimeto to share experiences that help us to program some projects for the year 2023.

This is of utmost importance, since a good organization at the beginning usually augurs a magnificent development and a spectacular result. On the other hand, counting on the commitment of each of the hivers is fundamental because if we can say anything about Hive, it is that it is a project of the community for the community.

In this way, I will continue "Unintentionally... wanting to" contributing the best of me to this magnificent ecosystem, because when things are done from the heart "Unintentionally... wanting to" the achievements that are harvested are magnificent, therefore, I am very happy to have been invited to the HiveCreatorCoffe, which is being carried out, in terms of refreshments and food, as a self-sustaining activity.
