[Eng-Esp] Talking-Workshop on Hive: digital entrepreneurship in the web 3.0
Una de las actividades que tenemos planificadas los hivers de Barquisimeto es traer una charla-taller sobre Hive en la comunidad de Tierra el Ujano, localidad donde actualmente presto mis servicios sacerdotales, y si de servicio se trata considero que dar a conocer esta plataforma es brindarle a todas las personas una posibilidad de poder mejorar sus finanzas desde los mismos talentos que cada uno pueda poseer, monetizándolos al compartirlo de manera original y creativa dentro de Hive.
Introducción
Uno de los retos que tenemos dentro de la plataforma es dar a conocer de manera sencilla cómo es posible que crear y compartir contenido, algo que podemos hacer en otros lugares, como facebook, twitter, instagram, tiktok, entre otros, aquí tenga un valor agregado tan importante como lo es monetizar nuestras creaciones. Por eso, el primer punto que vamos a tratar es sobre Blockchain y criptomonedas, ya que lo primero es tener claro los fundamentos que hacen posible que en Hive podemos ser realmente recompensados y que el dinero que aquí podemos adquirir tenga un valor real.
En efecto, normalmente tenemos una visión del dinero que se limita al conocimiento que tenemos o de la moneda en curso (el Bolívar en el caso de Venezuela) o de las más famosas (el euro o o el dólar). La realidad es que la definición del dinero es más amplia, he aquí donde el concepto de criptomoneda se hace necesario, pues es este mismo el que nos va a permitir a palpar las bondades de esta plataforma donde el principal incentivo monetario se recibe en la criptomoneda que lleva este nombre.

One of the challenges we have within the platform is to show in a simple way how it is possible to create and share content, something that we can do in other places, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, among others, here has an added value as important as monetizing our creations. Therefore, the first point we are going to discuss is Blockchain and cryptocurrencies, since the first thing is to be clear about the fundamentals that make it possible that in Hive we can really be rewarded and that the money we can acquire here has a real value.
In fact, we usually have a vision of money that is limited to the knowledge we have either of the current currency (the Bolivar in the case of Venezuela) or of the most famous ones (the euro or the dollar). The reality is that the definition of money is broader, this is where the concept of cryptocurrency becomes necessary because it is the same that will allow us to feel the benefits of this platform where the main monetary incentive is received in the cryptocurrency that bears this name.

Luego de la necesaria introducción expuesta arriba la comunidad de Hivers de Barquisimeto va a apoyar con el desarrollo de unos temas que ya fueron desarrollados en una charla que se realizó en otra localidad de nuestra ciudad (porque los guaros estamos activos, jajaja), pues, consideramos que se trata de puntos básicos para tener un primer buen acercamiento con nuestra plataforma.
Se trata del tema sobre qué es Hive y que se puede hacer, ya que la particualridad de este ecosistema en comparación con otros proyectos blockchain es que no se limita sólo al aspecto económico sino que también se refiere a la interación social, de allí la importancia de dar a conocer algunas de las muchas comunidades que existen y los contenidos que se puden compartir allí, esto como una de las principales y más comunes formas de entrar en contacto con todo este inmenso oceáno de posibilidades.
En relación al tema anterior, está también el de la economía de Hive, es decir como entre otras cosas al crear una cuenta somos realmente co-propietarios de todo el ecosistema y responder a una de las preguntas más frecuentes que las personas se hacen: ¿y de dónde viene el dinero de las recompensas?. Finalmente, se tratará la temática sobre ¿Qué no hacer en Hive?, con lo cual queremos blindar el inicio del camino de aquellos que quieran comenzar una nueva aventura de emprendeimiento en la web 3.0 de la mano de una comunidad que ha demostrado ser fuerte en el tiempo.

Finally, we will address the issue of What not to do in Hive?, with which we want to shield the beginning of the path of those who want to start a new adventure of entrepreneurship in web 3.0 with the help of a community that has proven to be strong over time.
