Hello everyone!!! I hope you are doing super well, movie and series lovers! Today I want to share with you a new review! I want to tell you about my impressions and opinions about the well-known series "The Crown". This series is already a few years old, but there are still people who don't know it or just haven't decided to give it a chance because of different situations... My goal here is to tell you a little about it, so you can decide for yourselves if it is worth it or not. This series immerses us in the history of British royalty, exploring much more deeply all the drama that this drags. We will see all the betrayals, gossip, conflicts, and life itself behind the British crown, and if it is as perfect as it is portrayed in the media...

This has had several seasons, where each one has an impeccable production design, very well decorated and represented. It has undoubtedly been one of Netflix's biggest hits, and has won many awards, grabbing the attention of all those fans of historical dramas. The first season lays the groundwork for the whole story.. it introduces us to a young Elizabeth II, and her upcoming ascension to the throne, from her marriage to Prince Philip, to her relationship with Winston, and so on. This first season gets us right into the tensions the monarch faced in her first years of reign.... Claire Foy's performance is incredible! She conveys all the determination of a woman who was forced to put duty before her own dreams...

Hola a todos!! Espero que se encuentren super bien, amantes de las películas y series! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una nueva reseña! Les quiero hablar de mis impresiones y opiniones sobre la conocida serie “The Crown”. Esta serie ya tiene algunos añitos, pero aún hay gente que no la conoce o que simplemente no han decidido darle una oportunidad por diversas situaciones.. Mi objetivo aquí es hablarles un poco de ella, para que decidan por ustedes mismos si vale la pena o no. Esta serie nos sumerge en la historia de la realeza británica, explorando mucho más profundamente todo el drama que esta arrastra. Veremos todas las traiciones, chismes, conflictos, y la vida en sí detrás de la corona británica, y si es tan perfecta como se muestra en los medios..

Esta serie ha tenido varias temporadas, donde cada una tiene un diseño de producción impecable, muy bien adornado y representado. Sin duda ha sido de los mayores éxitos de Netflix, y ha ganado muchos premios, acaparando la atención de todos aquellos fanáticos de los dramas históricos. La primera temporada sienta las bases de toda la historia.. nos presenta a una joven Isabel II, y su próximo ascenso al trono, desde su matrimonio con el príncipe Felipe, hasta su relación con Winston, etc. Esta primera temporada nos mete de lleno en las tensiones que enfrento la monarca en sus primeros años reinando.. La actuación de Claire Foy es increíble! Te transmite toda esa determinación de una mujer que fue obligada a anteponer el deber, por encima de sus propios sueños..

This series was a success, and soon the second season would arrive, where the existing family conflicts and all the political pressures that accompany the royalty would be deepened. Among these events are presented: The visit of the Kennedys to London, the scandal derived from this, and other interesting moments to see. To highlight something, I was impressed by Michael C. Hall's performance as Kennedy, I did great, he has a lot of charisma, and creates a good dynamic with the queen.

On the other hand, in the next seasons, new challenges are presented for the queen, although not as shocking as the previous ones... It is interesting to see how this strange family never seems to rest from the problems, and the magnificent addition of Olivia Colman as a more mature queen is presented, this brings a great increase in the dimension of the character, this is a great plus that I love, and that surely if you are fans of this actress, you will enjoy too much.

Esta serie fue un éxito, y pronto llegaría la segunda temporada, donde se profundizaría en los conflictos familiares existentes.. y todas las presiones políticas que acompañan a la realeza. Entre estos acontecimientos se presentan: La visita de los Kennedy a Londres, el escándalo derivado de esto, y otros más momentos interesantes de ver. Para destacar algo, me impresiono la interpretación de Michael C. Hall como Kennedy, lo hice genial, tiene mucho carisma, y crea una buena dinámica con la reina.

Por otro lado, en las próximas temporadas, se presentan nuevos desafíos para la reina, aunque no tan impactantes como los anteriores.. Es interesante ver como esta extraña familia nunca parece descansar de los problemas, y se presenta la magnífica incorporación de Olivia Colman como una reina más madura, esto aporta un gran aumento en la dimensión del personaje, esto es un gran plus que ame, y que seguramente si son fanáticos de esta actriz, disfrutarán demasiado.

Then, comes the most awaited addition to the fans of this series, and also to those who know the royal history of the British royals. This is where the series had its highest peak, and it was when the beloved Lady Di appeared. Princess Diana enters the scene, played in an incredible way by Emma Corrin. This really elevated the already high quality of the production.

We get into the marital conflicts (well known) of Diana and Charles, as well as all those political tensions between the queen and her close ones... everything is portrayed with great depth and complexity, here I feel it was where it got better, and where the drama was felt in every episode, without a doubt one of my favorite seasons, I was completely captivated.

Throughout all these seasons, we were not only offered an intimate portrait of the royal family, it doesn't just feel like a documentary type story, telling the story in a bland and boring way. Interesting themes such as duty, sacrifice, love, and above all loyalty are explored here. The series balanced perfectly between personal drama, and important historical events, making me feel totally inside this British world (I even wanted to buy my cup of tea, and speak with the accent hahaha).

Luego, viene la incorporación más esperada a los fanáticos de esta serie, y también de aquellos conocedores de la historia real de la realeza británica. Aquí es donde la serie tuvo su pico mas alto, y fue cuando apareció la querida, y amada Lady Di. La princesa Diana entra en escena, interpretada de una manera increíble por Emma Corrin.. Esto eleva mucho la gran calidad que de por sí estaba teniendo esta producción.

Nos adentramos en los conflictos matrimoniales (bastantes conocidos) de Diana y Carlos, así como todas aquellas tensiones políticas entre la reina y sus allegados.. se retrata todo con mucha profundidad y complejidad, aquí siento que fue donde mejor se puso, y donde el drama se sentía en cada episodio, sin duda de mis temporadas favoritas, me cautivo por completo.

A lo largo de todas estas temporadas, no solo nos ofrecieron un retrato íntimo de la familia real, no se parece solo un relato tipo documental, contando la historia de una manera sosa y aburrida. Aquí se exploran temas interesantes como el deber, el sacrificio, el amor, y sobre todo la lealtad. La serie se equilibró perfectamente entre el drama personal, y los eventos importantes históricos, haciéndome sentir totalmente adentro de este mundo británico (ya hasta me quería comprar mi taza de té, y hablar con el acento jajaja).

I feel that what stood out the most about "The Crown" was the incredible production. The story is very good, of course, as I said, it moves you, and the way of presenting the historical drama is impeccable. But, what I liked the most was the production, all those beautiful details, from the costumes, the locations, everything is recreated in great detail.... Giving you an incredible experience! It completely transports you to all this history full of traditions and brilliant things... I loved the photography, I always tend to do a lot of focus on this one.. but wow, it just feels beautiful all those shots that exude class and royalty.

It perfectly captures all the elegance of the castles, and the ambiance, very nice to see. Well, this series seemed to me a very important work to see, it transcends and evolves the genre of historical drama, it is a complete exploration of these beings that seem perfect and untouchable, it seeks to see beyond perfection, focusing on their humanity. Although it may seem a bit slow at times, the series rewards you greatly as a viewer with incredible moments of emotional intensity, my sincere rating is a well-deserved 9/10. It's a gem, and never better said (get it? Jewel? Jewel in the crown? Bue, anyway haha).

It's a great example of how real life stories can be shared in deep and interesting ways and not boring. There is no better way to learn, than to entertain.... It always left me wanting more. If you haven't seen this series yet, I highly recommend it, I invite you to give it a chance and find out for yourself why it has been so award winning and well known, then we can have tea together talking British, cheers! Siento que lo que más destacó de “The Crown”, fue la increíble producción. La historia es muy buena, por supuesto, como les decía, te emociona, y la forma de presentar el drama histórico es impecable. Pero, lo que a mí más me gusto fue la producción, todos esos hermosos detalles, desde los vestuarios, las locaciones, todo está recreado con mucho detalle.. Dándote una experiencia increíble! Te transporta completamente a toda esta historia llena de tradiciones y cosas brillantes.. La fotografía me encanto, suele siempre hacer mucho enfoque en este.. pero es que wow, se siente hermoso todas esas tomas que irradian clase y realeza.

Se captura perfectamente toda la elegancia de los castillos, y del ambiente, muy agradable de ver. Bueno, esta serie me pareció una obra importantísima de ver, trasciende y evoluciona el género de drama histórico, es una exploración competa a estos seres que parecen perfectos e intocables, se busca ver más allá de la perfección, enfocándonos en su humanidad. Aunque puede parecer algo lenta en algunas ocasiones, la serie te recompensa mucho como espectador con increíbles momentos de intensidad emocional, mi sincera calificación es un merecido 9/10. Es una joya, y nunca mejor dicho. (¿Entienden? ¿Joya? ¿Joya de la corona? Bue, en fin jaja).

Es un gran ejemplo de como las historias reales de la vida real, pueden ser compartidas de maneras profundas e interesantes y no aburridas. No hay mejor manera de aprender, que entreteniendo.. Siempre me dejaba con ganas de más. Si aún no has visto esta serie, te la recomiendo demasiado, te invito a darle una oportunidad y a descubrir por ti mismo por qué ha sido tan premiada y conocida, luego podremos tomar té juntos hablando británico, saludos!
