Use salads

Hello to all my friends and brothers, I hope that all of you will be well-wishers, Persian kindness. Alhamdulillah, I am fine. Vitamins and minerals are found. If we eat these vegetables as a raw salad rather than cooked, they are not only enough to satisfy our appetite but also reduce the weight gain in our body but also increase the cholesterol in our body. According to modern research, raw star vegetables, especially cauliflower, should be eaten more, because healthy foods are more common in cauliflower. Cabbage should also be used in salads. Fat-free salads refresh the body. A salad made from fresh vegetables reduces heartache and also controls blood pressure. Carrots Tomatoes Green Chilies Onions Cabbage Cabbage These vegetables are more useful if eaten raw when making salads for yourself at home. I also use lemons and pomegranates in it which is very good for me It is useful for health as well as it eliminates hunger.
