Everyone talks about having a vision for the future to know exactly what you want out of life. The problem is, many people don't even know what they want, being too busy stuck in their own problems or watching a crystal screen. However, there's something that can be used as both a complement and an alternative to this goal.

What's an antivision? An antivision is a clearly defined outline of what you don't want in life. For example, not many people want to be unemployed, childless and alone by the time they hit 40. Even If this is a vague example, It works as an antivision.

The benefit of having a definition of hell Is that It takes negative emotion and turns It into extra motivation. By having something to run from, you can force yourself to act when you have the consequences of not doing so in mind.

While It's still not in my plans to share my Antivision (Maybe in a future post), I can tell you that writing It in a google docs document and saving It for me to see every morning, has helped me get order and fuel in the tank to keep fighting.
